We went from an old single attached garage to a two car with an extra 6 ft side extension. New Black metal roof, gutters and gutter guards. Extension to our concrete driveway. An old outside door removed from laundry room and reframed for a window. New dry wall, plumbing and electrical was done to the laundry room. Victor was always in contact with us throughout the seven week process. He kept us informed daily of what to expect for that day or the next. Victor and his team players were always polite, cooperative and hard workers. I never once saw anyone just standing around, nor taking long breaks. No one ever smoked close to our home! The cost of this project was very reasonable compared to several other quotes. Especially, with the quality of materials and the near perfect finished project. My husband has wanted a detached garage for a while. We were able to make that happen this spring. We chose Brandenberger Contracting for the building of our garage. Victor explained everything to us and did everything he said. The crew were outstanding! They took off the old roof, and put on the new roof, cleaned up the mess, ran a magnet over the yard. Brandenberger Contracting did a nice job on my siding. They came when they said they would and finished the job in a timely manor, cleaning up the job site when finished. Several of my neighbors have told me how nice the house looks now!
