Blown away by the entire team over at Shifflett Roofing. The office team, sales team, and construction teams were fantastic. The work done was above and beyond. I am thrilled that they do more than just roofing for our potential future needs. We have a beautiful fortified roof with brand new gutters. They use drone footage and share photos so you can see the before and after which was so helpful for us since our house is incredible tall. Shiflett totally replaced my roof in November of 2024 - both my pitched roof and a flat roof on the back of the house. I held off on making a review until some time had passed to ensure the work held well, and I’m happy to say, it has been absolutely perfect! The Shiflett crew (Beau and Niko) were wonderful to deal with from beginning to end, explained everything thoroughly, got me in quickly, and completed the work and cleanup in just two days. The roof looks great and I have had no issues or leaks since, despite very heavy wind and rain. I’ll definitely be using Shiflett again to redo the roof on my shed. Thanks guys!

I contacted Shifflett Roofing because our heater stack disconnected from the AC/roof due to strong winds. We've contacted other roofing companies to address this issue but they either never called us back or ghosted after inspecting. Blake from Shifflett called me back in a timely manner and was extremely professional. He understood it needed to be addressed urgently and came out to inspect it later that day. Once the issue was confirmed, he reached out to the repair team to set up time to come out and fix it. They showed up the next day and got the heater stack repaired in less than 30 minutes. My experience with Blake and Shifflett was the best customer service I've received in a long time. The quality of the repair is solid and 5 star communication from start to finish - if/when we do need additional services we will be contacting Shifflett again.

We had a great experience with Blake. My wife and I were purchasing a new home and needed work done on the roof to increase attic in the system. Blake came out, gave us a reasonable quote to address exactly what we were dealing with, and did not try to upsell us on any additional services. The work was completed in less than a day, and you can already tell a huge difference on the heat in the house and attic. We will definitely be using Shifflett again in the future!
