Drew came by on a Saturday to discuss the work I need performed on my property which was very convenient for my schedule. He was respectful of my property while finding a place to access my roof and shared his findings and thoughts about multiple options to address them. He was very informative about what each option would do as far as warranty coverage and life expectancy of the material. Even after we found the right scope of work while considering my budget he is going to look into some additional questions I had when he is back to work Monday. I appreciated the his timely arrival, our straightforward discussion, and the flexibility of options I had been presented. Excellent experience with Pyramid Roofing and Shane! The roof of the morning room on the back of the home was leaking and Shane’s inspection identified the problem. Shane explained the issue and options, which ultimately resulted in choosing a new roof for that portion. Scheduling and communication from Pyramid was quick and easy. Installation was performed while out of town, and looked great upon return. Materials were all cleaned up and it looked like nobody was even there except for a new roof! Huge thank you to Shane who turned into my pup’s best friend before he had to leave-Shane is genuine, compassionate, and understanding. The kind of guy you want to talk to when you’re staring down the large expense of a roof. I will certainly return to Pyramid and recommend them. Thanks to the entire team!

We were very pleased with Brent’s helpfulness, professionalism and patience during his roof inspection today. He was very thorough, explained everything, and took photos of both the attic, and the roof. He was also punctual, and very polite. This was the best roof inspection experience for us, as another local company just sent a drone up, which took a few photos and said everything was fine. Brent located the source of a couple of leaks, areas of wear tear, and also expertly diagnosed the source of the issues. Kudos also to Matthew, who initially answered my call. He was very personable, patient and professional. Both Matthew and Brent are great representatives of Pyramid roofing.
