4 Seasons Roofing

I am very happy with my new roof. They just completed a total re-roof on my commercial building. The finished job was terrific. Quality materials & quality craftsmanship ( a word I would not normally equate with a roof), honesty and integrity are something I look for and value in anyone I do business with. 4 seasons roofing has all of those qualities. From quote to completion it was a pleasant experience dealing with Lupe & Jose. The roofers were all professional, easy to work with and clean. My roof was not an easy job and the communication throughout was perfect. Any job this size will have an issue here and there but the way it was handled by Jose and his crew was honest and reliable. Not to mention, a few months prior to my new roof getting done, We had some leaks that were the bane of my existence. At least two other handyman AND myself tried unsuccessfully to get the leaks to stop over a 12 month period. Jose came out in the pouring rain and took care of the problem right away. 4 Seasons Roofing is the way to go.

About 35 years ago I worked in the roofing industry for several years and so am familiar with common practices. Recently I needed to put a new roof on my own residence and, after acquiring several estimates, decided to hire 4 Seasons Roofing. I was impressed with the owner/estimator Jose Alvarez, who is also a proud Army veteran. My positive impressions of Jose were rewarded with a job well done. Unlike with most other companies, Jose is a hands-on owner who was present much of the time supervising and also doing much of the actual labor. His crews (both the tear-off and the shingle) were well organized and worked efficiently, actually finishing the job ahead of schedule. The roof on my home now looks beautiful, was done correctly, and my yard was well-cleaned of all debris. I can't recommend Jose's 4 Seasons Roofing enough. I am a very satisfied customer.

Jose is an extraordinary craftsman and perfectionist when it comes to detail and we are beyond happy with the roofing job he did for us! We have a two story home on the side of a mountain that required everything since the home was built in 1965 and the last roof was way past due! In addition, we needed skylights installed & fascia boards/gutters and Jose was able to do it all! In addition, his crew painted everything we needed and it was included! Jose is still active with the Army National Guard and his command experience shows when working with his crew. Their mutual respect and ability to work efficiently got the job completed on time. Best materials and install job, taking away all debris! Our site was always left beautiful at the end of each day and the crew was very respectful of our neighbors and us at all times! I like being an informed buyer and when it came to fully replacing our roof, I researched a lot about them first. Jose and his team came highly recommended and after working with his company, I know why. Easy to work with, clean, quick and prompt. I am really satisfied that we paid for the best materials and work. Our house looks great. We also felt great making more green choices that will save us energy and money too! Resting at ease that we have a great roof for many years to come.

Jose and his team were very professional and helpful from the start. Provided a free estimate and was on time. Good follow-up and communication throughout. Finished job in one day, taking hardly any breaks. Stayed until the job was finished and cleaned up well after job was done, so no mess left for me. By the way, they use their own crew, not a sub-contracted crew. Felt I got what I paid for. He followed-up after the job was done to make sure I was completely satisfied, impressive touch. I am very pleased with the roof job just completed on my home by 4 seasons roofing. The hard working owner and crew provided top notch professional service. At the end of each work day the area was left neat and clean. Any questions I had were responded to in a clear and timely manner. Customer service at the highest level as their goal was achieved without reservation. Count me as an extremely satisfied customer. I now have a beautiful new roof that will protect my home from any storm that may come along.

He introduced available products to me and he helped me the make the best choice. All the work on reroofing that was done quickly by his team is very high quality.
