He came into a job that was ghosted by another company and picked up the pieces and began working with my insurance without flinching. His work was detailed and thorough. He provided detailed info every step of the way, and fought hard to make sure all aspects that should be covered by insurance were. The finished product was perfect. Will be reaching out in the future for our siding project.

We chose Legacy Roofing after a couple of other estimates we received based on their reviews, price and customer service. The sales manager Patrick was our contact throughout the process. His communication before, during and after the project was excellent, informing us every step of the way. He even sent real time pictures of the progress. Tear off & roofing replacement went extremely well. Pictures were sent for every phase of what was being done. The work crew did a great job on the removal of the old roof, the new install & removal of all debris. Couldn’t have asked for a better group of workers. Legacy Roofing came in and helped get a new roof improved by our insurance (storm damage) after another contractor spent two months trying and never got it approved. They did a great job from start to finish but with communication especially. On the day of the project, they came and were gone with no mess left behind. Legacy Roofing is awesome and so is Patrick after fighting for a year and going through 5 different roofing companies Patrick and Legacy Roofing went to bat for us and didn’t back down they not only got our Roof replaced and paid for by insurance but they did the roof in one day every one was great and they did an awesome job.
