They are professional roofers, fair, and competent. They completely removed and replaced both the house and guesthouse roof - 3000 sq ft. I received 3 estimates and Rise Up Roofing was the middle quote. As a general contractor myself, there were several items that gave me confidence in this company. 1) The contract was spot on correct regarding lien's, lien releases, payment due dates, etc. 2) Good, prompt communication. 3) Most importantly, the owner Edith, knows what she is talking about. She was up front about anticipated problems due to the leak, and then the added expense that was going to be required above the contract amount to repair the problems. All the workers were competent and pleasant. Many days Edith herself was up on the roof working with them which I thought was impressive. They kept the work site clean and orderly. They showed me problems such as the fungus inside the rafters, made repairs and reconfigured the roof to prevent a leak like that from happening again.

Rise up Roofing and Construction is by far an excellent roofing company who takes pride in their quality of work and they go out of their way to make sure the owner/customer is satisfied!! Edith (owner), is very involved and takes the time to ensure the customer understands what needs to be done and is extremely responsive to questions with reasonable prices. In fact, she made sure I was aware of my military discount which surpassed any and all 3 other bids. Luis (foreman), was polite and very knowledgeable who showed up on time and kept the crew moving. The roof of our duplex was leaking and needed to be replaced. I called on a Tuesday and they went out the same day to provide a quote. The weather gave a small window to complete the work, Thursday to Tuesday. The team was well organized. They started Thursday removed the old roof and trash by Friday afternoon. Then finished Sunday. The team was fast and professional. Thank you Rise Up Roofing for the quality work and getting the roof completed before the next storm which started two days after.
