J&M is the best roofing company out there! We have been using them for over 20 years and they never disappoint. I worked with Lance on our latest roof/gutter project and he was amazing! My insurance company was little to no help at all. I contacted J&M Roofing and spoke with Lance. Lance was very knowledgeable, helpful and caring. Lance explained to me step by step on what all came with getting a new room, seeing how this was my first roof needing to be replaced. We highly recommend J&M Roofing! They were so easy to deal with and handled the insurance claim without any issues. Both Teresa and Phil were very responsive and easy to get ahold of throughout the process. We had a complicated situation (trying to get the roof/siding completed before we sold the house) and they handled every obstacle with a great attitude. I've already sent two of my friends their contact information and plan to use them in the future. Five stars!

J&M roofing did tear off and reroof of our home in December before Christmas. The company J&M did an outstanding job of reroof and flashings as needed. I have used J&M twice in 2024 for a couple of rental properties to replace the roofs. The first time I dealt with Phil (summer of 2024). He was thorough and reviewed my insurance documents to ensure nothing was missed prior to completing the roof replacement. The second time was with Lance (his nephew) just this past week. He reviewed my documents, uncovered a few misses from the insurance side and scheduled my job in a timely manner to ensure it was completed prior to year end. We used J&M Roofing and we think they are a number one roofing company, they are by far the nicest people to work with and really go into detail about what they are doing, answered all our questions, gave us advise on our turbines, they also did our guttering, so if your looking for honest and nice people to do your roof J&M is the one. ask for Lynn he is why I picked this company he is very professional , nice and polite .
