I was referred to Mike and his team by my insurance agent. It was a referral after having a few other companies on our roof, a trusted, honest referral. It was heading into a busy season and Nebraska weather is unpredictable. I worked with this team of knowledgeable and skilled professionals for 6 months before having work started. It was a process because of insurance and funds but they never gave up on us, never stopped caring and never pushed us to make a decision we did not feel comfortable with. We had a complete install of gutters, skylights and roof. It was done professionally and within a couple of days for the roof/skylights. Gutters were completed a different day and only took a few hours. Clean up was immaculate once finished. Every time I had a question, it was answered quickly and kindly. Communication was and still is impeccable. We are paying for our pricey project mostly out of pocket and I would still refer this company to anyone. You absolutely get what you pay for; if I had the money I would tip them for their top notch service. Local companies are the way to go. They know the area, they know the people and their hearts are so pure. I feel better knowing all of our money is going back to a local company and their team. This specific one deserves all of it!

I've used Horn Industries and have been extremely pleased with the level of professionalism and honesty. Mike and team know the business, understand the situation, and handle every aspect of the insurance claim process needed to make times of distress, painless. My new house looked better than "New" due to the quality and effort they put into every aspect of the work they completed. I'd highly recommend Horn Industries for anything exterior. Mike and team have also conducted repairs to a small job during the last storm in less than 24 hours!

Extremely impressed with Horn Industries Roofing. We hired them to repair hail damage on our house and they made the entire process extremely easy. Dan Minh was amazing to work with from start to finish. He was very professional and communicated with us freqeuntly to ensure that everything was going as expected. They found multiple items that the insurance inspector missed and worked with the insurance company to ensure that all damage was covered. I highly recommend using Horn Industries.

From the first contact with Mike Hornbacher to the consistent communication with himself and his staff, namely Ryan Newburg, the experience was pleasant. Their depth of experience both with roofing but also with Insurance policies/coverage was pivotal in my case. I did not feel rushed nor pressured. Rather, I was given several options with full support behind each. I mentioned wanting to see color samples for shingles and Mike went out of his way to deliver samples in person. The work was completed quickly and smoothly. Overall, the experience was delightful. Insurance coverage caused some hiccups, but the full support of Horn industries made it painless for me. I am Thrilled and completely happy with the entire experience working with Jason Hopkins, Annie, the roofing team and Horn Industries this fall 2024 getting a new roof on my home!! My home was built in 1925 and I've lived there for 18 years. I have no way of knowing how old the roof was but let's just say I thought for sure it was end of life. When I searched for a roofing company a trusted friend of mine referred me to Jason Hopkins. He and Annie spent hours guiding me through this process. He was always just a phone call away when I had questions, even after hours. They put a new roof, new window wraps, new gutters and designed gutters on my long horse barn to empty into my horse tanks. It looks beautiful. I was wanting a black roof but scared a bit and Jason reassured me it would look beautiful and it does!! The work was done efficiently and the mess was entirely cleaned up!! The roofers even helped me with a bale of hay while they were there!! This team is who I would recommend to everyone who needs a new roof/gutters/window wraps!! Thank you!!! My insurance paid for almost everything!!!!
