B & M Roofing

After a few years of putting off my roof replacement I started to do research on companies. I obtained estimates from 4 companies that were listed on google. B&M roofing was one of them. After obtaining estimates from "Corporate Companies", neighbors who own roofing companies, and other roofing contractors I was exhausted with the price difference and options. The Corporate companies sent some aggressive sales persons that wanted me to sign on the spot. They were very aggressive and pushy. The price they provided was ridiculously high. With my neighbors who also have roofing companies it was limited options either high end roof or low end roof with cheap materials. When Mark came to my house to provide me an estimate he took his time to listen to me and informed me that he was going to write up an estimate and email it to me. Mark was the only one out of all the companies/contractors that gave me something in writing. His warranty and materials outranked the other competitors. I elected to go with Mark and his team to do my roof. I inquired about a higher end roof and Mark provided me with the information and additional cost which was very reasonable and the best warranty in the industry. Once Mark and his team started on my roof it went smooth and Mark stopped by and checked in with me via phone and text to make sure everything was going great. My biggest concern was the rotted wood and his team replaced all of the rotted wood and asking me to come outside and look at their progress. A few issues did come up but Mark and his team resolved it immediately. Don't waste your time looking elsewhere for a roofing estimate. Call Mark and he will take care of you! I was stressing out for a few weeks over my room as it is a big investment and expense. Marks business is located in Ontario and has boutique style service that outranks larger competitors. Mark and his team did an exceptional job on my roof! My roof had been leaking and was beyond its lifespan so we knew it was time for a new roof. I got 3 referrals and Mark was one of them. We hit the jackpot selecting Mark and his team. From the initial meeting, he was honest and sincere and took a strong interest in listening to what was most important to us in the process. Re-roofing your house is a big job, let me tell you, you forget what a major part of your home it is until the work gets underway and they are tearing off your old roof. It is then that you truly realize the scope of the job. Mark took care of everything from start to finish. He brought us samples of tile to choose from until we found the one we wanted, he met with the city to make sure all permits were in, kept in communication daily, and after each work day his crew cleaned up the outside of the house. His right-hand man Junior was on site daily, kept us informed of the process, and what to expect next, and answered all questions. He is excellent as well. Upon completion, he made sure we were 100% satisfied before collecting the final payment. What more can you ask for? He and his team, deliver a great product and service.
