The quality of the work was top-notch, my roof looks fantastic and has held up beautifully through several storms since the repair. They completed the job on time, cleaned up thoroughly, and even followed up afterward to make sure I was satisfied. I had no issues getting my receipt and warranty information, and I truly appreciate how Ruth runs her business with integrity and care for her customers. These folks are amazing to work with.. none of the fluff and overselling of the corporate roofers. We had an emergency need after a branch fell during a storm.. every other roofer needed days to even respond and wanted a contract to even put up a tarp. Miss Ruth got someone out immediately.. I will use C&R for all my roofing needs going forward.. Great service fair prices.. they even cleaned the gutters since "they were up there so we might as well"

Out of three estimates that we got to replace our roof there was no question as to who we were going to go with and that was C & R Roofing. Owner Ruth Vincent and sales representative Mike Hailey were both incredibly knowledgeable, confident, and personable. Their work crew was also very polite and did the job in a timely manner. I have no doubt that we got the best roof for the best price possible!

The owner and supervisor came out to Jasper to investigate my roof issues. I was convinced that I needed an entirely new roof. They were so honest and professional. They located the actual issues instead of trying to sell me an entire roof. Later, they came out and performed the repairs included in the estimate with no overages on price. My roof looks great and I don't dread the next rainfall. Would highly recommend.
