ADCO did an awesome job completing our community's major roof replacement project. The team was safe, talented, and hard working. They started the job and continued non-stop until completion all the while using a full crew. They did a nice job documenting the damage under the old roof that needed repair and quickly completed the repairs.

As a Board member of the Indian Oaks HOA in Simi Valley, California, I want to take this opportunity to acknowledge the exceptional services provided by ADCO during our recent re-roofing project. With 120 units in our condo complex, it was a challenging task to initiate the process of replacing roofs that were well past their useful life. We anticipated "surprises" along the way and wanted to ensure that our roofing contractor would partner with us in navigating those challenges. ADCO did that and more. This project had an expected cost of $1.5 million and a timeline of several months. Even before the project started, we encountered challenges, and ADCO was there, helping us resolve them and keeping the project moving. There were unexpected costs, such as asbestos removal, gutter replacement, significant damage discovered once the roofs were removed, and even rain! Despite all of that, the project was completed on time. Account Manager Brian Ricci was instrumental in assisting us with the asbestos and gutter issues, including finding vendors and acting as superintendent of all the trades onsite during the work. Any time you undertake a significant project of this nature, there will be owner concerns and minor damages (like flat tires, etc.), and ADCO stepped in to address all of these in a timely manner and to the satisfaction of the association. Although I don't want to go through another roof replacement project anytime soon, ADCO South Roofing & Waterproofing would be my first call.

First time using ADCO South. Leak in the living room ceiling/roof. Brian and his team were outstanding! Responded same-day, professional service, quality repairs and very experienced. Took the time to explain how/why the leak occurred, the best way to repair for the long term and a timeline for completion. Incredible attention to detail and courteous from start to finish. We had several roofing companies come out to look at our roof leak and none of them could figure out what was going on. Finally we had ADCO come out and they found the lake and sealed it up. No more leak! Great communication and service from Orlando and the ADCO team.

I cannot praise Eddie at ADCO enough. We have had an ongoing leak for OVER A YEAR AND A HALF. ADCO is the 3rd roofing company we’ve used because everyone else gave up. Eddie was detailed in his inspection and was able to find the cause of our problems. We cannot thank you enough!

Adco is my HOA’s roofing vendor. When I started the process of applying for solar with the HOA, I didn’t expect that working with their roofing vendor would be such a great experience. The team is knowledgeable, very responsive, and was always on time.
