One Call Construction

Wanted to give my thanks to this company for the outstanding work they did on my roof. From beginning of the project to the end they communicated every step of the way. They were prompt and Efficient as once we had our permit they completed the job in just one day. Most importantly the roof looks fantastic. The project manager Tom Radon was particularly great…he made us feel at ease all the way through the process, including giving us great recommendations on our roof selection. Amazing job!

I extend my commendation to One Call Constructions and express my sincere gratitude to Thomas Radon. Following their work on an adjacent property, Mr. Radon proactively contacted me to assess my situation. After explaining the damage incurred due to Hurricane Milton and the subsequent insurance claim denial, he offered his assistance. While initially hesitant, I accepted his offer. Within two weeks, and through consistent communication with Mr. Radon, I received confirmation of insurance coverage for roof replacement. Permits were promptly submitted, and the new roof installation was scheduled for the following week. Although I experienced a delay in providing the deposit due to a family medical emergency (my daughter's three-day hospitalization), One Call Constructions demonstrated exceptional understanding and proceeded with material delivery without requiring upfront payment. Now that the roof is complete and looks amazing I have to give One Call Construction a 5 star rating hands down.

From day one Thomas was very clear about the process of getting my roof replaced and also helped me through it. Was able to answer all my questions and was always a phone call away. The team did a great job on the installation and very efficient. Would recommend 100%.

Thomas was very knowledgeable, very accommodating by meeting, and my giving estimate both to someone in person at my house and on conference call to me in Wisconsin making sure I was comfortable with everything. The estimate was very fair, in fact less than the estimates I received from others in 2023. I HIGHLY recommend this business. Their workmanship was impeccable. I cannot even begin to describe what a great experience we had with One Call. We connected with them right after the hurricane, because we developed a leak in our roof and they ended up being with us every step of the way to work with our insurance as well as answer any questions we had - and I had a lot of questions!! When our insurance ended up rejecting the claim, they STILL worked with us to figure out a solution that we were happy with and fit with our budget. After all that, our roof is BEAUTIFUL and perfect (photos here!) - and they got it done in ONE day! I cannot recommend these guys enough - they are SO professional and good at what they do and also just lovely people! Would HIGHLY recommend!

My wife and I had a great experience with Derean and Lou at One Call. They walked us through the insurance process and were with us every step of the way. When our insurance decided not to cover it, Derean and Lou were still around to help in any way they could (including answering a million questions from my wife!) and ultimately they helped us find a solution that worked for our budget. These guys, and this company, are truly wonderful and we highly recommend. Our roof ended up getting done in one day and it looks incredible - a lot of our neighbors are jealous! After the hurricane, their roofs took 3-4 days to complete and the work wasn’t nearly as clean as ours! We really like One Call and would recommend them to everyone!

My roof was 16 years old and had some damage from the previous hurricanes. I had a few other roofers come out to look at it and they were either price gouging, non responsive, or didnt think the job was a priority to them. One Call reached out to me and Thomas Radon came to look at my roof. He assessed the damage, explained to me in detail exactly what the issues were and how he would take care of it. From there, he ran the whole process, going out of his way to stay in touch with me the whole time. He worked with the insurance company directly and went over and above to not only get the replacement done, but did so in a very short period of time. His crew came and did my roof in one day and did a great job. Great quality and attention to details. Thomas came to check the job and came after it was complete. To have a roof done or other big jobs like this, especially in Florida now a days is not so easy, where people try to take advantage of you. These guys were honest, great prices by far, and got the job done with no worry. I highly recommend them.
