Buffalo Roofing & Exteriors LLC

Buffalo Roofing & Exteriors was great from start to finish with the roof replacement on our home. Eric was with us every step of the way as we communicated with our insurance company and he provided guidance and assistance to us constantly during that time. We definitely had an uphill battle with our insurance company and Eric and his team continued to fight for us. We probably would not have gotten insurance approval without Eric's help and guidance (not because of our roof/damage, but because of the terrible insurance company we were dealing with). He and his team worked tirelessly to get us approved. When it came time to the roof, the crew was efficient and professional. They completed our tear off roof project in only one day! The crew was friendly, professional, and cleaned up afterwards. They came back afterwards to make sure everything was done right and looks good. Everyone at Buffalo works hard for their clients - Eric, Scott, and Jeff have all been great to work with and true professionals. They see it through to the end and get the job done well. Highly recommend them!

Reliable, honest, and persistent! I had a roof claim that took over a year and half to get approved. Buffalo knew I had State Farm which was notoriously difficult this time around to get claims approved, and decided to still undertake the battle to get my claim approved. A lot of persistence from their end and them taking all the risks and spending time on my claim with no guarantee of payment. During this time period storm chasers walked away when I mentioned I had State Farm. Not Buffalo tho, their team walked me through the process and delivered to me a much needed new roof. Their attention to detail was great and even my follow-up request (not their fault) was handled quickly. Jeff, the owner, was easy to work with and made sure I was well taken care of. I highly recommend Buffalo Roofing to anyone looking for a company that truly stands by their customers.

We had them repair some soffit and replace gutters on our residence. We are very pleased and impressed with the work Joe did. He was very professional and very efficient. Hats off to Eric Rodriguez as well. He was our contact person throughout the process from start to finish. Very professional and efficient as well. The price was fair and they had the project finished in 2 days. I will definitely be recommending Buffalo Roofing to friends and family. I also work in retail and communicate with many folks on a daily bases and will be referring to them as well. Sincerely, Joel & Cathy R.

Buffalo Roofing was recommended by a neighborhood group. Although a little pricey, we were assured that they do great work, on time and on budget. All of these things were true and our contact was also a Public Adjuster who put in months of work with our insurance company, including full reports with satellite views. The work itself was done in the 48 hours, including clean up. They had no issues working around our patio, outdoor grill or gardening areas. 4 new skylights, and a fairly steep roof with multiple levels, no problems and excellent work.

Another 5 Star Review for Buffalo Roofing and Exteriors! I approached my home's roof replacement by first researching roofing materials. After deciding roofing materials, I used the manufacturer's website to find an authorized installer in our area. This process lead me to Buffalo Roofing. I got three quotes from authorized installers. Buffalo roofing was not the most expensive, nor the least expensive, they were right in the middle. Their online reviews and Scott the co-owner's communications made for an easy decision. Scott provided a timely estimate of work, answered all of our questions about materials, colors, etc, and gave us plenty of space, no pressure. Buffalo was flexible on the installation date as well - we adjusted the installation date the day before the originally scheduled date as it was forecasted to be over 100 degrees heat index. Day of installation, a professional crew of about ten installers showed up first thing in the morning, with the project done by that afternoon. Same week, the gutter crew showed with the same level of craftsmanship and workmanship. Overall, very pleased with the end result. If I had to do the project over again, I would have zero hesitation to contact Buffalo Roofing.

I loved working with this company! As a single, first time home owner, they took the stress/complication out of the whole process. I got my roof, siding, gutters, and fascia all replaced through my insurance. THEY were the ones that did the complicating part of working with my insurance to get everything approved. THEY were the ones that pulled all the necessary permits with the city. THEY were the ones that talked me through the whole process and let me borrow color samples for probably far too long. I have nothing but good things to say about working with them from the time someone knocked on my door offering their services through the completion of the project. I highly recommend working with them.

Did a new roof as mine was over 15 years old. They did a great job at getting it installed in one day and did a great job cleaning up. Roof looks great and price seems in line for what your getting.
