Roofs by Premier

We are completely happy with Premier Roofs. Besides doing a top-notch job and carefully attending to details, they added a few important features above and beyond what the estimate called for. And Mark at Premier was the only bidder who recognized the possibility that we could apply for a refund from the company that supplied our old shingles (they were deteriorating). He helped us get the refund which saved us quite a bit of money. The knowledge and experience of Mark and of the other folks at Premier, and their willingness to spend time helping us make the best choices, made our new roof a much better investment. I would add that the speed at which our roof was taken off and replaced was a pleasant surprise. There was no mess, and our plants and flowers and walls were protected and survived very well. Amazing job - really. Thanks Premier.

Mark and his team are exceptional professionals. They have completed two of my personal home roof projects and have consistently worked on all of my new construction builds and residential remodels. What sets them apart is their unwavering commitment to providing exceptional service. Job site always amazing when done. They maintain regular communication, keeping me informed of the progress, and ensure punctuality on all job sites.

A major decision for purchasing a home in the Spokane area was the new roof that Roofs by Premier had installed the prior year, for the previous owner. After a contractor looked at the roof and pointed a few things out, that contractor got ahold of Mark, and Mark immediately contacted us. Mark came out with a professional crew, and fixed each concern at no charge to us. Mark cares about quality, his reputation, and stands behind his work 100%. Very impressed, and thank you Mark.

Edit: while I will maintain my original review to maintain context. I would like to update and add that the response I received was nothing short of professional and excellent as opposed to a snarky come back which is normally seen from businesses. Employees need driving lessons! Dodging in and out of traffic with unsecured loads on flatbed, actively talking on phone, no signal while merging, cutting off semis, climbing up people's tail ends, and creating a hazardous conditions in traffic. If their quality of driving is any indication as to their quality of work I would recommend looking elsewhere. It could be the one individual with the bucket hat but I'm willing to bet most of their employees behave this way as this is not the first interaction I've had with their operations on the roadways. Would have grabbed pictures. however, I refuse to be a hypocrite. If they want to drive like that in an unbranded personal vehicle, I wont have much to say but considering the blatant branding on the side of the truck, its clear this is the company!

Had new roof put on shop. It looks fabulous. Roofs by Premier were very professional and answered all my concerns and questions completely. I would recommend them to family and friends in a heartbeat.

What a GREAT experience! Premier Roofing was professional and they were in constant communication with us. They were flexible and did a great job replacing our roof that had been damaged in the hail storm. We are so grateful they are a local company and they have an excellent reputation for a reason.

Very professional, very knowledgeable, and very efficient. From my 14 years of construction experience I can say mark has to be the best roofer I’ve ever met.
