We had more leaks after the installation of the new roof since Dec 2021. The job was sloppy and the workers left trash in our attic. I could not recommend this company to do a dog house

I’m extremely disappointed with the workmanship and professionalism of AllPhase Construction & roofing. After they completed a roofing job for us last year, our customer reported that the roof started leaking again. We’ve made multiple attempts to contact AllPhase to address the issue, but they have been completely unresponsive. It seems that they may be avoiding our calls. This is unacceptable, especially when it involves something as crucial as a roof. We now have to deal with not only the roof repair but also interior drywall damage and potential mold issues caused by their poor workmanship of Allphase Construction & Roofing. I strongly advise anyone considering AllPhase Construction to look elsewhere. Their lack of accountability and avoidance of follow-up communication is highly unprofessional.

I spent two years trying to get Allphase to fix the leak they left in the new roofing job they did that replaced a 30-year old, double layer roof that never leaked. They would send someone from the subcontractor roofers, who would slob some sealer on a likely spot, which would shift the point of leakage slightly, but has never stopped the leak. At one point I had water running down the inside of my walls, but now it just is ruining my patio ceiling. Avoid Allphase at all costs. They are just a bunch of contracted sales people which then hands off the project to subcontractors. This lets Allphase Inc absolve themselves of any promises made by the sale people as the sales people are not employees of Allphase. And yes, several promises were not kept, much less the basic one which is to deliver a product that works as expected.

Allphase Construction & Roofing was absolutely the right choice when deciding which company to use when replacing my roof. I had over 5 companies come out for a quote, and Davin from Allphase was my saving grace. From the start, he was friendly, professional, and always on time. He explained and assisted in the process of making an insurance claim, and was here every time one of the insurance adjusters came out. Davin always answered his phone, and when I wanted to make a last minute change to my shingle color, he did it with no frustration. Very happy with Davin and Allphase Construction and Roofing. I work in the real estate industry, and will definitely be recommending them when opportunities present themselves.

Allphase did a major bathroom remodel project for me. The project staff responsive and professional. I’m totally happy. Came out better than my own high expectations.

This was the easiest home improvement job with the best outcome that I have experiences in the 30 years of owning this home. Allphase took care of everything! I had to make one call to my insurance to survive and that was the extent of my responsibilities! They were quick and the roof looks great! Every person I dealt with from office staff to salesmen to installers were polite, efficient, caring, pleasant and fun. Would definitely recommend them to my closest friends, family and any passing stranger! (And have!)
