My patio roof had a leak. I got four estimates but Kyko had the most comprehensive estimate, seeing things the others didn’t. I thought that’s why their bid would be highest… but it wasn’t! With the great cash discount they quoted, it was less than the highest two bids and it covered more. They completed the work in two days, left not a spec of mess, then an inspector came and showed me pictures of what they did. An all around great experience. Thanks Sammy and Jose and Kyko!

Given their long-standing presence in the industry, I had high expectations for Ky-Ko. They pride themselves on quality, but my recent experience doesn't align with that claim. After their work on my roof, it looks worse than before they started. The bottom row of tiles is uneven, some protruding by at least half an inch. Many tiles aren't properly aligned, causing one side to sit lower than the other. There's now a noticeable raised ridge at the front of the house, exposing raw wood. Additionally, tiles in the ridges aren't straight and have inconsistent spacing. On the backside, the paper meant to be concealed is visible between the tiles. The vent sheet metal appears poorly installed. The adhesive is pulling away like melted cheese. There's at least one cracked tile risking water seepage. Ky-Ko had multiple opportunities to demonstrate their commitment to quality. Firstly, their workers didn't strip the entire roof as expected, leaving sections untouched, working in sections, and leaving behind cigarette butts, even putting one out on the new hardware. One worker even accidentally damaged the A/C refrigerant line without acknowledging it. Secondly, when a representative inspected the work, they assured me they would address the issues. Lastly, a supervisor came to oversee the crew, but aside from fixing the A/C, it seems little else was done to rectify the problems. Based on these experiences, it's clear that Ky-Ko falls short of its quality claims.

Ky-Ko Roofing was selected after a diligent screening form over a dozen of possible and well qualified companies, to foam my new large flat roof. We have used Ky-Ko roofing twice now to repair our roof. A recent monsoon storm damaged a bunch of tiles on our roof. Several roofing companies stopped by our house to give estimates. The prices they quoted were outrageous. I called Ky-Ko and Kyler came out to give an estimate and his estimate was very reasonable. I felt he was very professional and kind. Both times that my roof was repaired I worked with Kyler. He definitely cares about quality. The guy that came out to repair the roof was very professional and did an awesome job. I would definitely recommend Ky-Ko roofing.
