They were very responsive, professional, knowledgeable, and had reasonable/competitive pricing. I especially appreciate that they helped us out in a time of need by getting a crew over with a tarp before a heavy rain several days before we had selected them for the full roofing project. From start to finish, great experience! I have a flat roof and I simply needed it re-coated. I had received a few proposals before I had Thomas Roofing come by (5 in total), and I so appreciate that they did not attempt to do any upsell, as all the previous proposals included- upsell of items that I absolutely did not need. Thomas Roofing understood exactly what I was requesting and exactly what I needed and that’s exactly what they delivered! For those of you not familiar with a flat roof, I am supposed to have it re-coated every 5 to 7 years. I made that so clear to everybody else that inspected my roof and provided a proposal, that I was just looking to have it re-coated, but yet every single person before Thomas Roofing that came and looked had a whole list of what I "needed" to do… Sort of like when you take your car in for an oil change and they tell you everything else you need to have done. Or when you see your dentist for a simple cleaning and suddenly you’re having a root canal!! I think you get the point! Hats off to Thomas Roofing for doing exactly what needed to be done without trying to up-sell me on a lot of extras!! Absolutely honest folks that are extremely reputable, honest in their assessment and too bad I didn’t call them first, but so grateful I did! I certainly know who to call when it’s time to re-coat it again! Also, want to mention that the crew was very friendly and exuded complete competence and cleanup was perfect. Great communication throughout the process with Rick, Kyle, Angel and Jose…I can see why your company is so highly rated!! Thank you guys, and instead of cringing any time there is rain in the forecast, I’m now ready so BRING IT ON!!!

Not sure where to start... but this company was amazing and extremely accommodating. I had a newer home (2 years old) and had numerous issues with my builder. Unfortunately... one of the issues was the roof. Which I found out the hard way with a leak. I decided to have a independent roof inspection and NUMEROUS issues were discovered by Thomas Roofing. They provided pictures and descriptions to back it up. Of course the builder wanted to send his roofers back over to take care of the leak (but there is no way I was letting them touch my house ever again). I felt extremely comfortable with this company especially since they came highly recommended. Rick was very communicative and had his team take care of my roof in a timely matter. Highly recommend this company. Customer service was amazing.
