My apologies for taking so long to do this review, but understand I was waiting for testing the installation to get fairly completed before I gave my evaluation. From the sales reps to the folks who did the job and the guy that was in charge of supplies, the financial setup, just all around, I can't get over the professionalism, the job done and the friendliness of everyone. As a design engineer, I'm fairly thorough in checking qualifications for hiring anyone for my projects and this was no exception. This was a well oiled machine at work at least in my experience. Fantastic job from inception to finance to cleanup. It took a couple days to pick up the scrap some people my have an issue with, but they do take care of it. The cleanup was pretty good. I've found a couple roofing nails, but at least they were in the yard and not under anyone's tires. They'd be difficult to get those picked up for anyone. All in all, I'd say an extremely well done job. I had to replace an 18 year old roof and these guys knew what happened and explained it well - and spoke in terms anyone could understand. Any issues, just call your lead guy for the project and he takes care of it IMMEDIATELY and it's never a problem. I am very satisfied with the job.

I got tired of having to repair loose asphalt shingles after wind storms, especially since my roof is only eight years old. Thus, after a super cell significantly damaged my roof, I decided to replace the shingles with the dimensional metal shingles from Erie Home. Although, more expensive than a traditional shingle, I feel it will be a good investment since they look great, will help with resale value and comes with a 50 year transferable warranty. Rafael, my Install Manager, was great to work with. He was very attentive to my questions during the process and demonstrated by his actions that he wanted me to be a satisfied customer.

He gave me all the options & information I needed to make my decision. Also, the installation manager, Raf Bernal & his crew are also wonderful to work with. They answered my questions, did a fast, efficient & beautiful job & went above & beyond while working with me. I now have a beautiful new worry-free roof. The entire process went smoothly from start to finish. The contract process was straight forward and easy to understand. The installers arrived early started work and stayed on the roof till completion. After completion cleanup was thorough and well done. The new roof looks great. I am very happy with the results.

My roof was over 20 years old and damaged in several areas, but getting a new roof is daunting. The whole process with Erie was super easy and fast. I only had to wait one week after deciding on the new roof to actually having the new roof and the installation process only took 1 day. I'm incredibly happy with the result and recommend Erie to anyone looking at updating their roof!

We had a roof and gutters put on. The gutter is bent so the water is so loud on the porch roof. Called numerous times and kept telling us they will be out this week to fix. Here we are over a year later and still not fixed. So I call customer service and they say I needed to call them that the number is in the contract and there is no customer service number on contract. So we paid 40,000 for a new roof and gutters with a so called life time guarantee and here we are with the guarantee that they will never return a call or never show up to fix our gutter.
