These people have the worst customer service they don’t bother to help you when you go in there. They ignore you when you try to return something after doing $60,000 in sales do not purchase from them. They will cause nothing but problems. Not to mention that delivery date sent for me and then they lied and said one of their trucks broke down after I complained to my salesman they showed up with two trucks that were perfectly fine and loaded my roof

Their trucks are annoying, always park in the reservoir’s turn lane all days, blocking the turns. Next time I am going to call cops.

This place is a one-stop shop for all your roofing needs, and the staff is extremely courteous and friendly. Special shoutout to Alex and David, who went above and beyond to ensure my experience was top-notch. Their professionalism, knowledge, and attention to detail are truly impressive. I did encounter a minor issue upon installation, but the team at Roofline sprang into action and sent out a driver right away to rectify the situation. Talk about prompt and efficient customer service! Overall, I'm thoroughly impressed with Roofline in Pomona, and I highly recommend them to anyone in need of roofing services. The people in the office are amazing and quick. Unfortunately, this is offset by the guys working in the warehouse. They are extremely slow and unhelpful. Seems like they are hiding somewhere or avoiding customers. Compared to the other JB Warehouse locations, the pomona location will consume a lot of your time.

They were very helpful and knowledgeable had the products I needed and help me on my way.
