I could not be happier with my beautiful new roof, and I have John Aderhold and his fantastic crew to thank for it. John was so helpful throughout the entire process. He kindly answered all my questions and made everything virtually stress free. He provided knowledgeable guidance that made decisions like choosing shingles easier. He also got me on the schedule quickly. On installation day, the crew came early and worked efficiently without sacrificing quality. It was wonderful to come home to an awesome new roof and a clean yard! The house has been transformed. Beyond aesthetics, I have no doubt that it will provide solid protection for decades to come. Fast ..efficient and dependable. Keystone Roofing truly made the experience of getting a new roof so easy from start to finish.Their crew wasted no time in removing my old metal roof ..then kept all the old materials neatly stacked together. Before leaving my house they had metal rollers going around my house searching for nails and then blowing everything off. They made sure everything was cleaned up before leaving. My contact person ..Tyler ..was excellent.He answered all my questions and quickly returned any messages I left him. I am so grateful we found Keystone Roofing.Our roof was 5 years old and had a pretty significant leak or leaks.We had two companies try to repair the leak.The last company ghosted me after calling to let them know the roof was still leaking. Tyler,Keystone Roofing's project managerwas prompt,courteous and very knowledgeable.We found a different leak and I called Tyler.He came out the next day.I would highly recommend Keystone Roofing!

We had the best experience with Keystone Roofing! They went above and beyond in helping us pick the perfect roof for our home. Chris was very responsive and patient with all of our questions, and when we finally picked the color, his crew began working promptly to install our new roof. They were quick and efficient, and they cleaned after themselves every day after finishing work for the day. They did beautiful work, and I truly could not be happier with the end result! Chris and his team were awesome very polite, professional, and knowledgeable. we had hail damage to our roof he came out and looked at it said it was pretty bad. Dale came with him on the next visit and they helped me with the insurance adjuster. they even did the leg work for the insurance. they came out quick and got my whole roof done fast and its great looking. the guys that did the work were great the put this net thing alaround to catch all the nails and stuff and at same time keep it from hitting the side of your house. they did an awesome job of cleaning up when done. i would recommend them to anyone in my area that storm that hit APR 5th every house on the street was due a new roof from the damage and me and my neighbor that whent with keystone were the first two houses completed.both are great looking. keystone looks out for the people that hire them he showed me brands of shingles that i qualified for a rebate on and pointed out that the gutter on the front of my house was installed wrong by the previous company and is going to fix it. if you need any roof work done give them a call. also unlike many salesmen chris did not come off pushy he seems to have a genuine interest in helping people.

Professional & Dependable We contacted Rodney for a quote for repairs to our house and a complete replacement for our shop . Rodney showed up when he said he would , kept in contact with us , and did everything he said he would . His crew was top notch . They completed both jobs , cleaned up after themselves which is very important , did a great job and Rodney made sure we were pleased with their work . I would definitely call them again if needed and recommend them to anyone who needs quality work with professional service . Thank you Keystone Roofing !

November 12th: edited to add that the problem we had with our roof/chimney was a multi-pronged problem. And if we had been aware of this sooner we could have had this fixed before more interior water damage occurred. I would never recommend this company to anyone. September 20th: edited to add still having leaking issues that the cricket was supposed to fix... not happy. August 26th-Edited to add photos of completed work. While there were some snafus in communication, we are very pleased with the completed work. The company reached out to make things right. **** August 20th- We have contracted with this company (back in July) and paid a deposit for repairs needed and have been blown off with repair dates that came and went. This wouldn't be a big deal if we hadn't already paid a deposit so we're out money and still have a leaking roof. We are beyond frustrated with the lack of communication regarding the timeline our repair could be realistically completed.
