Jeremiah, I would like to take this time to thank you for being such a caring and trustworthy salesman, you were absolutely remarkable through the entire process. People, he was very honest, frank and thorough about the process and what was going to take place. You can tell that he has compassion for his job. And to the Gallery Built Roofing company, you couldn't ask for a greater person to represent you. I want to let you know that, Jeremiah is truly an asset to your company. I never felt pressured, and he puts the customer first. You do not get that from most businesses (they just want their money). He is the kind of guy you would invite to your family Cook-Out or BBQ for the southerners The roof workers were also nice. They came and did their job well and left quietly. They also did an excellent job cleaning up everything, you cannot tell that they were there. Only to see my beautiful roof. I was very pleased with Jermiah and the roof installers. Jermiah is a man of his word and I’m extremely impressed with the results. Gallery Built Roofing will be installing 2 roofs in the near future on other properties I own.

I give my highest recommendation to Craig Cullen and his team at Gallery Built Roofing. Craig was with us every step of the way for our total roof replacement - from the initial roof inspection where he identified wind/storm damage, to the claims process with our insurance company, through the actual build. He made the process painless. He assisted me with filing the claim and was even on site with the insurance inspector was here. He was always available to answer questions and make sure we were comfortable with everything. No pushy sales tactics or pressure. His crew was outstanding as well. They worked nonstop from morning until dark each day of the build. They also did a great job cleaning up, which was appreciated. We now have a beautiful, functional new roof that we won’t have to worry about again for a long time. I’ll be encouraging my friends and neighbors to give Craig a call for their roofing needs!

I don't know if there's much more I can add after reading the other reviews. Craig Cullen was fabulous to work with. As others have said, he was there every step of the way. Within hours of my call, his crew was at my home to tarp my roof in order to prevent further damage to my ceiling. He was on the call to my insurance company and worked with them to complete the required steps. His crew was always here on time and did a beautiful job. Neighbors have complemented the roof. My daughter had also worked with Gallery Built Roofing and Craig when her roof was damaged. Her experience was also very positive which is why I didn't hesitate to call the same company. I wholeheartedly recommend the company, Craig Cullen and, his crew.
