I got a callback from Roberto within an hour and got a reasonable estimate the same day after a short phone discussion and sending a couple pictures of my garage roof. David arrived promptly at 7:45am and did a great job and cleanup. He also inspected my house roof and fixed a few small issues as a courtesy. Great Quality and Professionalism.

We found out during the process of having solar panels installed that our shingles were part of the manufacturer defect class action lawsuit and needed to be replaced about a decade earlier than we anticipated. He sent over materials presentations that made it very easy for us to select what type of shingles we wanted with the warranty type and duration we wanted, as well as a list of locations we could drive by to see certain colors on a roof before making a selection. That part was critical for us because we thought we wanted a particular color and seeing them on a roof changed our minds about the color and allowed us to pick exactly what we were envisioning for our home based on real life presentation. Scheduling was fast and easy, his crew showed up on time and were very respectful of us and our property. They worked quickly and efficiently and did an excellent job cleaning up around the house at the end of each day. The day after they finished installing the roof they came by the house one more time to make sure cleanup was thorough. We have pets and I tend to walk around barefoot outside so I have since gone out to be sure there are no stray nails anywhere and I have not found a single one. To say we are extremely pleased with the craftsmanship, care for our home, and thoroughness of cleanup is an understatement. We would recommend Precise Roofing and Exteriors to anyone without reservation and would absolutely use them again in the future for any other home repair or restoration needs.

The came out a day earlier than scheduled to beat more potential bad weather and the guy went up and did the work quickly. It looks great and and more stable than it was before.
