We had such an amazing experience with Wiser Roofing! Michael made the whole process a breeze. He is very knowledgeable and honest. It’s a pleasure working with him! We had hail damage and needed a new roof. Wiser Roofing coordinated the communication and all needed steps with our insurance. We were even given regular photo updates through the installation as we were out of town. When we got back the area was spotless and the roof perfect! We couldn’t recommend them more!!!

We hired Wiser Roofing to replace a damaged roof. From the start Michael was very professional. He let us know the exact process for the replacement, what to expect and when, and kept us informed as the install moved along. Every question we asked was answered and we had a overall great experience with him and his company during the replacement.

With so many roofing companies out there I have heard of many poor experiences, but Michael and Wiser Roofing were excellent on all counts. Michael was very on top of everything from the initial roof inspection from the insurance company all the way through clean up after the job. He was very transparent and able to answer all of my questions. The day of the installation his team started promptly at 7:00am as promised and the whole process was finished by early afternoon. Michael and his crew are one of a kind. Michael went above and beyond helping us pick out our roofing, gutters, etc. This was our first experience with this and he was extremely patient and knowledgeable. The quality of work was second to none, along with the follow up to ensure all was done up to his high standards. Michael was very responsive, getting back to us extremely quick and always willing to help. Our neighbors are raving about our new roof and we couldn’t be happier. I noticed the great job Mike Torres and his team did on my neighbors roof so I inquired about a free inspection. Mike came over and took the time to explain everything to me in great detail, showing me the which shingles he will be using and how they compare to other shingles. When I decided to have my roof done he basically walked me through the process from beginning to end. His team came on time and worked diligently to finish the project on time. They took care not to damage my property and cleaned everything up when they were done. I was so worried that this was going to be a painful project but Mike and his team made it so easy. These guys are the best.

Michael Torres and Wiser Roofing were referred to me and I'm very glad I reached out. It started as an expected small patch job, and Michael came out to do an inspection, replete with very detailed report. The final project turned into a full roof replacement, new gutters, chimney repair, and roof over my porch. Michael was responsive and very communicative, making sure I understood what was what and why it was necessary from the very start of the project. Honest and direct in his responses. And the final work was very well done, beyond my expectations. Will definitely be referring him forward.
