Joe's Roofing Reno

I had Joe’s bid and complete a more complicated re-roofing job. There were some hiccups along the way and some unexpected challenges for sure, but Joe and his crew were able to work around each issue as they came. If I were to have a complaint regarding my time with Joe’s, it would be minor at most. We had some damage to a few plants from falling shingles (it happens), and there was some damage to my brand new cement patio (but Joe moved heaven and earth to address and fix the damage). I appreciated Joe being accountable to these concerns and taking care of them, unlike other contractors I’ve worked with in the past who try and pass the buck or point fingers. Much appreciated! I’ll be sure to use Joe’s again for my garage in the next year or so!

He uses high quality under-layments and other roofing materials. He stands by his workmanship and is a straight shooter. He sets the roofing standard for excellence. I needed a new shingled roof and received 3 estimates from highly rated companies in the Reno area. Joe’s was the cheapest (by a few thousand dollars), for the exact same product other companies had quoted me. More importantly, when it came time to do the job, i was super impressed with how professional Joe and his team were. Good communication with Joe and his office people, and great work by the crew who installed the new roof. They completed the job is about 48 hours and did a great job cleaning up after themselves all around the property. Would highly recommend for anyone needing roof repairs or replacement. Joe’s roofing was professional, courteous, hard working, and affordable. They were able to send a quote quickly and worked with us to ensure all our questions were answered. When they arrived on site, the workers did an excellent and quick job. Within two days, they ripped off all the shingles and installed everything for the roof replacement on my two-story house. Repairs that were needed were communicated to us and the cost to do those was reasonable. I would highly recommend them to anyone who needs their roof repaired or replaced, contact Joe’s roofing.

Joe’s roofing did an amazing job replacing my roof. They completed the work in one day! They were prompt, professional and the crew did an amazing job cleaning up the smallest debris after the job. I had recently been informed by a home inspection company that the Vent Boots on my roof were cracked and needed to be resealed. I looked up several roofing companies and picked Joe's roofing. I chose them for several reasons one being they had great reviews, which I can honestly vouch for. I had spoken with Jason (a very pleasant man) who said he would come by my house, take a look to see what needed to be done and let me know how much it will cost. I bit my nails for a couple of days expecting to get a call for a high quote. Within a day or two Jason called me and said you know what, I'm going to help you out, I'll be in your area in a few days, and I will seal the vents for you at no charge. I was in shock and felt so blessed! Jason, I am beyond thankful for your kindness and generosity. Thank you Jason of Joe's Roofing! Without a doubt...5 Stars!!!
