Ignacio and team was great to work with. We had them reside our home with new LP siding and replace soffits and facea board. The team was mindful of our schedule and would clean up around the house everyday prior to leaving. The final product was exactly what we were looking for.

We are extremely pleased with Eminent Roofing for the fantastic siding job on Mom's 100 year old house. Ignacio was easy to work with, knowledgeable, and maintained contact with another contractor to make the job go smoothly. He was in contact and at the site frequently to monitor the installation. Eduardo and Enrique were amazing at installing the siding!! They went above and beyond to restore Mom's home for future generations. And they explained the process and answered all our questions with a smile. Great service, great price and great product!

I had several companies provide estimates/bids for performing the job of reroofing my house. Eminent roofing provided a similar format of service offerings as most of the other companies I had provide bids/estimates of work (3 tiers: good, better, best). I was originally interested in a standing metal seam roof, which Eminent does do, but for this job was ultimately not the appropriate/right choice. I ended up going with their middle tier offering of alphalt tile material. Although Eminents offerings were not the cheapest of all of the contractors I had provide bids, they certainly ended up being the best. Part of my decision to go with them was their workmanship and manufacturers warranty, as well as the roofing ventilation system that replaced many of the ugly old roof vents on my roof. I had a short timeline to get this job done and Hector and Ignacio were able to squeeze me in a week after I provided my initial downpayment. They were communicative, and held to the schedule they set out once they communicated what that schedule was, which I GREATLY appreciated. I even threw at them some additional work on some damaged soffits, and they were able to accomodate this additional work with no issue and did a fantastic job on it. When the initial work was completed, I had a few documented concerns about the work that was performed, I called Hector directly and he came out and we literially walked and talked through each concern I had until they were all addressed. Things that were noticably incorrect were fixed almost immediately and things that were non-issues were discussed in great detail, and Hector reassured me that if any of these concerns ended up being problems down the road, that they would fall under one of the two warranties on their workmanship and materials and that they would come out and address any issues for free. Having worked with many contractors over the course of my ownership of my house, I can say Eminent falls into a category of exceptional business practices, ethics and workmanship, and I would highly recommend them to anyone for their roofing/siding needs.

Eminent roofing has been exceptional, to say at the least! Their work is top notch, and communication is always spot on. You need them, they're there! Had them come out to give me a quote. They were quick and responsive. They finished the roof in two days with full sheeting replacement. Would definitely recommend to everyone. Great job everyone. I love the new roof.
