We had a great experience with Retex Roofing! Mark and team delivered quality work at a great price. We were on a tight timeline to sell our home, and they got the job done quickly and professionally, keeping us updated along the way (Thank you, Iris!). They also accommodated us with a payment schedule, which made the whole process much less stressful. They were thorough and respectful of our space, leaving the worksite completely clean. We contacted Retex Roofing to assess our roof which had been giving us problems for a couple of years. They gave us an estimate for repairing the problem section as well as an estimate for replacing the entire roof. We decided to do the entire roof. Scheduling was quick and the replacement was completed in one day. We also opted for Soffit venting which took an additional morning. We are very pleased with their professionalism. Communication was awesome. The crew was very respectful of property and cleanup was great. Will definitely recommend them.

We had a leak in our window and Mark and the Retex team went ABOVE AND BEYOND to help diagnose the problem and fix it. Not only did they come out several times to troubleshoot checking what could be causing the leak, but they also got several other professionals to help offer their assessments to ensure that the solution we moved forward with would work. I have never had a more reliable or easy to contact team to work with on a home project. They also have a Rolodex of other reliable contractors and home build professionals that they referred me to that are currently helping with other non-roofing projects that have also been lovely. I will definitely work with them and could not suggest this team more highly!

I recently had all my windows and four exterior doors replaced, and I’m extremely pleased with the overall experience. The estimate process, scheduling, workmanship, installation, and follow-up were outstanding— the team delivered beautiful results in only two days and demonstrated true professionalism throughout the project. The installers worked efficiently and with great attention to detail, and the finished product has completely transformed my home. I truly appreciate the care they took in handling such a large job. There were a few communication gaps that caused me some unexpected challenges: • I was reassured that the hardware for my shades would remain, but that was not the case. • I wasn’t informed about the change in window depth, which affected all 23 of my existing window treatments and created an unanticipated expense for replacements. . Prior to Retex’s arrival, I didn’t realize the team needed to use my garage overnight as a staging area for the doors and molding. While they carefully moved my items to make space, everything was left in a disorganized pile. That said, these issues do not overshadow the exceptional quality of work. I also understand the unavoidable size difference between vinyl and wooden windows that compromised clearance depth. The craftsmanship and professionalism were top-notch, and I would absolutely recommend Retex for anyone considering replacements for windows and doors. As with any project, my only caution would be to clarify details upfront regarding dimensions and staging needs. Overall, I am thrilled with the transformation and grateful for the team’s hard work. It is refreshing not to have old, damaged, drafty windows and doors. They are secure, operate with ease, and look fantastic!

Bar none this company is the best company we've ever had for doing anything where our most important investment (our home) is concerned. They are efficient, genuine, honest, upfront on every aspect, and they take your every concern and question to heart and anser all with honesty. They have a "family" team that is buy the homeowner every step of the.project process. We cannot say enough about these folks we have dealt with customer service all our lives and cannot speak highly enough about them for roofs, siding, windows, gutters, and I am quite sure more. What an amazing company!!! From start to finish, this exterior overhaul of my home turned out fantastic. The patience and dedication to making sure any of my concerns were addressed immediately was absolutely astounding. I want to personally thank Mark Erickson for coming by and giving me multiple quotes for all the work I had done. And he was able to break each project down flawlessly, to make it easy to understand. I want to extend and personal thanks to the project manager Mark. He answered every phone call and addressed any concerns I had promptly he also checked in with me and was on site consistently throughout the entire project. I also appreciate this amazing company adjusting to my crazy swing shift work schedule, making sure I was able to be home while the work was being done. It's been an absolute delight to work with everyone at Retex Roofing & Exteriors. From the initial site visit to the last project meeting, I've just been in awe of how smooth the process went. Bonus points for the drone footage during the project. I loved seeing the progress from the roof removal to the wood repair, underlayer installation, and the roof installation itself. The crew cleaned up so well at the end of each day that you wouldn't know anyone was there. That's a big deal for me.
