I was very pleased with Trinity Home Renovations. John was always available to answer any of my questions. Our project manager, Jenny, had excellent communication with me. My new roof was completed within a month of signing the contract. The best part was my roof was completed in a day and my property didn’t show a trace of anyone being there. I would highly recommend Trinity. I love my new roof!

Did a full tear off and replacement. Got 5 estimates and except for one they were all within a couple of thousand $s of each other. Most used the same 2 products and the warranties were fundamentally the same. So I went with Trinity as a couple of my neighbours suggested. Very happy with the work done. The workers worked long hours and rarely took a break. Got very fortunate to have J Hazen on site as Production Manager to keep me up to date and solve the few minor problems that came up. She is a great asset! And bonus, the job came within the estimate! Nothing major came up except for some water damage that was repaired.

Trinity Home Renovations did a complete tear off (2 layers) and re-roof/shingle for our house. They did a great job start to finish. John (Owner) met me at the house before quoting and reviewed the work to be done and gave recommendations. After John provided me with the quote (which was very detailed with pictures of our house describing the work to be done), he took the time to go over it in detail with me. I selected Trinity based on their great reviews on Google and their great reviews on GAF contractors site and their A+ BBB rating and based on John's quote and communications with me. Jenny was the Production Manager who ran our project/job. She did a great job managing the project and crew and communicating with me. She started with a project kickoff meeting with me to explain the work to be done and then kept me up to date as she checked in on the crew a few times through the project, and then tied a bow on it with a meeting when the job was complete. The crew ran into some problems after the tear off, when they found some hidden problems, but they adjusted the work plan quickly and did a great job fixing my roof problems. The crew was awesome from start to finish, were very hard working and completed the project quickly and kept the work site clean. I can't say enough about what a pleasure it was working with John, Jenny and the crew and I can't say enough about the great quality of the work completed. I highly recommend Trinity Home Renovations!!

Trinity Home Renovations replaced our roof, gutters downspouts and they are exactly as advertised. The owner John provided us with the honest quote, explaining the whole process and delivered the plan as promised. The project manager Jennifer was in complete communication throughout the job, informing us as things progressed. No surprises! Adam's crew did a great job with the quality of the work to the daily clean-up to the completion within the timeframe. The whole crew at Trinity did an excellent job. Our new roof looks great and everyone from the estimator to the project manager and installers were very personable and responsive to my questions. There was never a time when I had to wonder about the status of the job because I was kept informed every step of the way. I would not hesitate to use Trinity again when the need arises. Our roof looks amazing! Trinity was able to work within our timeline and get our new roof in before the perennial gardens around our house started the grow. We have dogs and I was worried about pieces of shingles and other debris in the yard. There was none. Professional, straight-forward estimate, quick, quality work, thorough clean-up.

Trinity has knocked it out of the park again! As a repeat customer, I couldn’t be more pleased with our new roof. From the initial estimate to the completion of the project, every detail was covered and all aspects of the work were done with utmost professionalism. Our old roof had been replaced less than 20 years ago (not by Trinity), and we were not eager to go through the process again. John provided a thorough estimate and warranty information for the new roof, a tremendous improvement to the old roof in all respects. We also had the skylights replaced with this new roof. Work was completed between Christmas and New Year’s and we are 100% satisfied with Trinity as our choice for this project. That’s a new roof this year after new siding a couple years ago, and I can say with full confidence that whatever is next for home improvement, Trinity will be doing the work! Trinity is a fantastic company to work with from start to finish including any necessary after care. We had new siding installed on our home and were thoroughly pleased with the entire process from the initial meeting with John for the estimate to the daily monitoring from Jenny as the work progressed to Tom and his crew for their meticulous attention to detail and superior craftsmanship over every part of our home. In case that’s not enough validation to go with Trinity, they definitely stand by their work. After recent high winds a panel of siding came loose at one end and along a seam. I texted Jenny a picture of the panel and she responded an hour later. Not only was this about a year after completion, but it was also over a weekend! Additionally, she passed the info to Tom and he came the next day and fixed the panel. I am totally satisfied with our choice of Trinity and absolutely recommend them for any home improvement needs.
