Loved working with Kanga. They were very fast and thorough. We had them do repairs in the past and chose them for the full replacement.

Dominic must mean Excellent Customer Service!!! I got an estimate today and he was very kind, friendly, helpful, thorough and knowledgeable. I appreciated him not being pushy. My best friend was on the phone and was also impressed with him.

We recently just had our roof done. And talk about customer service. From start to finish, with Charlie, Deanna, and the gentleman that came out to do the inspection. Everything was explained throughly. The pricing was good and broken down in a very understanding manner. I can not thank this company enough, for being patient with us. We had a family emergency that came up, and also because of our work schedule, it took a moment to do the final inspection. No one hounded us. And I can not thank you guys enough for being respectful, polite, and offer us such a positive experience. They had the project done in two days. Everything was cleaned up great. Thank you Kanga Roofing for being an exceptional company to do busy with.

My initial contact person was Charlie Braithwaite... a wonderful, upbeat and energetic young man who was very thorough in his inspection of our roof and attic space. He answered all our questions and concerns, provided copies of all pertinent paperwork, and a very reasonable idea of the time line for initialization and completion of the project. Love the fact that I can do business with such a well established local company.

I worked with Alec to have a roof inspected and to get a quote for preventative maintenance. He was extremely professional, friendly, and easy to work with. Very happy with our final product. We were not happy with how some aspects of the project had finished and some of the communication along the way. Dillion and Mike made it a point to immediately meet with me after the project, review specific details we were unhappy about, put a plan together to fix them, and have gone above and beyond to make their customer happy. Mike and his crew did an amazing job on our siding, gutters, and trim with attention to detail. Dillion understood that we were not completely happy with the finished product and did what he needed to make it right.
