J&J Roofing

My neighbor hired this company to repair his house and garage roof. The roofers needed access to our property, our gate was locked at the time. I informed the roofers that my husband would be home around lunch and he could unlock the gate. They instead decided to hop our fence. I asked them to leave. My husband spoke to them when he got home and unlocked the gate. As you can see from the pictures, we have damage from their work. We reached out to our neighbor regarding the damage, he stated he will speak to them. The roofers stopped by when we were not home to discuss the issue. My husband and I called the City to get their information from permit that was issued and reached back out regarding the damage. My husband called last week and spoke with their receptionist and we were informed someone would reach out. As of today over a week later, we still have not received a response. We cannot attest to the quality of the roof, however the disrespect to our property is inexcusable.

Had my roof done by J&J Roofing shortly after I purchased my home in the early 2000's. I noticed a few shingles had flipped up after one of the bad wind storms this spring. Because I got such great service, I called J&J Roofing for an estimate. Jacob called to set up the appointment and worked with my schedule to set up the best time. Again, I chose J&J Roofing. They were fair and reasonable-as well as local. The foreman of the install crew was professional, respectful, and kept me informed during the install. Jacob kept in touch and gave progress updates from start to finish. The crew did a great job with clean-up which was greatly appreciated as a dog pet parent. I would recommend J&J anytime.

Requested a quote from them and the sales guy (Jacob) was super easy to work with. They do not use any high pressure tactics. You get the best price first time around. Their price blew every other quote out of the water and they offered a better shingle and a better workmanship guarantee warranty (10yr). Much to my surprise they were at my house 2 days later installing my new roof on the house. They stripped two layers of shingle, replaced several bad decking boards I had. They do 6ft of ice and water shield. Code only requires 3ft. They made sure everything on the roof was wrapped up, secure and water tight. Then they started putting down the shingles. I mean these guys work like a well oiled machine together. This company does not subcontract out the work. The employees work for J & J and are not subcontractors. This is a huge plus!
