I got three quotes before deciding on Tresnak. Tresnak was competitively priced, the team was punctual for every appointment and understands roof systems and building code requirements. Before quoting, Leo conducted a thorough pre-quote roof inspection—both in the attic and on the roof -- which overlapped with my sit-down with Elizabeth, where we established the scope and many details. The final cost matched the quote. Becca brought a range of shingle samples and laid them out on the front lawn so I could see how each color looked against the existing roof -- very helpful. During the job, Tom Tresnak, the company founder, stopped by to introduce himself and chat. I was surprised to learn how many neighbors had Tresnak roofs, and even more impressed that Tom remembered many of their names, sometimes from decades earlier. After the work was completed, Leo returned with his ladder to inspect the finished roof -- thumbs up. I’m especially pleased with the look and function of the SmartVent roof-mounted air intakes. Flawless execution from start to finish.

I had my roof replaced by Tresnak recently and I can comfortably say working with them was a breeze. There was great communication from their end - very thorough and clearly transparent, from both office staff and dudes on the roof. The price was a no-brainer as well. Speaking of price - this was the 3rd quote I received for the roof replacement (which is very steep and old), and I know realize that many (if not most) other providers are adding a significant amount of unnecessary/hidden fees & costs into their estimates. Tresnak provided the most transparent, honest estimate by a mile, which I really appreciated. They walked us through the process - before, during, and after, all while keeping us updated with pictures and commentary on what they saw. I would absolutely recommend them for whatever service you could possibly book them for. 10/10!

Tresnak is an outstanding home improvement company to work with. They just completed re-roofing our detached garage several years after we had contracted with them to install a new roof with decking on the house along with siding, fascia trim. Great quality work on both jobs. Highly professional and prompt service from the formal quote, with options and pricing alternatives listed, right through job cleanup and debris removal. I have not found a single discarded nail on the property. Their pricing was very competitive with other companies who quoted the work. Their level of quality, timeliness, and professionalism made the difference.
