After having a very bad experience with another solar company(now out of business), I selected Citadel based on a recommendation from a friend who used them. The entire experience with Citadel was amazing. Starting from the interaction with the sales consultant to the design to the installation, this company was a joy to work with. I cannot recommend them high enough. The crew that came out was very competent and efficient. Installation went without a hitch. The couple of minor issues that came up were resolved quickly. Citadel was tasked with replacing the roofs in my condo complex. On a daily basis, the trash and debris were not cleaned up properly. Citadel tore off the gutters in the process and did not replace them. Several units have water leaks inside after the roof replacement, and Citadel can't be bothered to send anyone out to inspect or fix the poor work. There is currently an unorganized pile of building supply material sitting in the same spot for the last month that they never removed. The level of service has been laughable. Take your business elsewhere.

Bernice has been so kind, helpful and accommodating with scheduling and also with follow up! And the technician TJ was very knowledgeable, he made sure the repair was done properly, even though it was a rainy day. Exceptional customer service from both of these individuals!
