New Era Roofing just completed a reroof and dryrot remediation project on my home, including new gutters and gutter guards all around. All interactions were timely and Rey was very responsive to any issues. The crew was polite and helpful any time I had questions on the process. All work was completed and permit signed off by the County within 4-1/2 days. I am very satisfied with the work.

Rey/New Era Roofing came highly recommended to us by a trusted friend and contractor as we live out of the area. We scheduled the re-roof and gutter replacement project a couple of months in advance and who would know it would be 104° the week our project was scheduled to be reroofed We were back-to-back booked with other projects and travel so we couldn't slip or reschedule the project ... Rey and his team came through and managed to keep us on schedule in spite of the awful weather! And they cleaned up at the end of every day, important to us and our tenants as this is a rental property. Great price, great communication throughout the job, extra work turned out great and saved us many trips and work! Had heavy rain last night 10/13/2025. Wife called me to the garage to let me know about water leaking through the cieling above her dryer. Soon after I noticed water running down the side of my interior kitchen wall. Called out to New Era Roofing late in the night and they came the very next day and repaired the leaks. The crew were very polite and professional. They took pictures of the damaged tiles that were causing the leaks and pictures of the repair. I really appreciate their expertise and fast response. I had a new roof installed to replace one on a worn down, neglected house I recently bought. Phase 1 was redoing the roof, and I can honestly say I’d hire New Era roofing over and over again. Because the house was so neglected, the roof needed a lot of dry rot repair and new gutters in addition to a new roof. Rey Lopez and his crew were professional, quick, easy to work with, great communicators, and fairly priced! You can tell they take pride in their work. We love the way the reshawn shake roof turned out and how the seamless gutters look. Simply, I honestly have nothing bad to say.
