Shout out to Jared at Tridom Roofing who did an amazing job on our roof. Our whole neighborhood got hit on the last big hail storm in April. There were many roofers giving bids up and down our street. We reached out to Tridom based on personal experience our friends had a few years ago. Having never filed a home claim in all our years of owning homes, Jared made the process smooth and efficient from start to finish. The roofing crew did an outstanding job on the roof and clean up (those nails can get tricky). But it was the customer service that really stood out. Recommendations carry a lot of weight with us, especially when your trusting them with your home. Tridom Roofing employee Ron Rich came by the house and asked if we had any hail damage from previous storm. We were looking for roofers at this time. Ron inspected our roof and determined that we had a claim. Ron went above and beyond to file a claim for us. Ron was very personable and made sure we understood the process as it went along and kept us informed. We trusted him totally. We love our new roof and gutters. Thank you Ron for all your help.

Jared and the crew were awesome. I have lived in my home for 20 years and had my roof replaced 4 years ago. Sad to say the last hail storm took a toll on my home. I didn’t think there was any way my insurance would approve a new roof. Jared assisted with the claim submission and approval processes. He was available during the whole process and kept me updated on what the next step would be. The crew was here early on installation day and worked continuously until they were done. Jared and his team did an amazing job. He never dropped the ball. He assisted with obtaining insurance approval and didn't stop until it was completed. I had three other roofing companies that did not follow through because I had a difficult insurance company, but Jared took over and got the job done. His crew arrived early in the morning and they were done by 1pm. These guys work FAST! They left my property clean, in fact they checked the perimeters three times. The last guy who came in to remove the debri did the final walk through to ensure there were no nails left behind. Overall very professional and efficient. Thank you!

The epitome of excellence! I met with Jared in my home with a healthy dose of skepticism, although he came highly recommended by my longtime, favorite neighbor and trusted friend. I had already been traumatized by the hail storm that ripped through my roof and I had to make sure that the damage would be completely erased. Jared did an amazing job, he came out and scheduled everything with the insurance, even when the insurance didn’t want to cover the replacement the price was amazing and affordable. Come the install, they started early and were done same day. Excellent work and care. I would recommend them over any company in town due to there communication, accuracy of timelines, and constant updates through the whole process. Thank you Jared.
