TR Construction

We had a major extension done on the house on Flanders Drive. I felt the quote was fair and reasonable. General contract was signed in April and we just finished final inspection in Nov. Overall, work was great. Working with Tony, Joshua, Dennis, Memo and the team was great. If you drive through Flanders, you would have seen the extension progress near Salk Elementary. Communication was open and we were aware of what to expect during the process. It was completed on time (6 months) and within budget barring a few minor improvements that were necessary as construction revealed them. Amazing team that I will be going back to for more work in the future. Recommend this team 100%, they will work hard to keep you happy. We did not have to leave our residence during this time. We only extended the living room and added a bedroom. Original bedrooms and other living space remained the same and we just extended into the front yard. Very happy with the extra space.

We had a great customer experience with TR Construction. Starting with getting a quote from Mike and through the repairs. Mike explained the scope of work and gave us a detailed estimate the same day. We were able to schedule the repairs easily. The crew arrived on time and completed the work that day. The office was very responsive. The cost was what was quoted. The work looked good. I received pictures taken on the roof to see the work. We already referred TR Construction to friend in the neighborhood.

We first contacted TR Construction in 2018 when we bought a new home with old failing roof and looking rough on the outside. Owner Tony, who is a very friendly and knowledgeable professional, came out, gave us an estimate and provided references. The work started few weeks later and they did such a good job with stucco repairs, rebuilding dry rotted wood, painting exterior and replacing our roof. The TR Construction crew is truly awesome! They worked fast but always considered our comfort and safety: anytime they would see my car pull up they would stop all the work and make sure we get into the house safely, they kept work area clean too. At the end of 2019 we hired them again to remodel our two upstairs bathrooms. Once again it was a smooth process even with some delays from our cabinet and tile vendors, TR worked around it and never made a big deal. Every person who walked through our door from foreman, to tile guy, to plumber were super friendly and helpful and hard working. One of them even brought us super yummy pipping hot tamales around Christmas time, because my husband mentioned he loves them. Seriously the best bunch of guys! You can tell they enjoy working for TR and take pride of their work. I remember at the end of the remodel one of them said he is not leaving until we point out every thing no matter how small that we find imperfect and he fixed it all up. Our bathrooms turned out beautiful and they were very affordable too. Fast forward to early Jan 2023 (3 years past bathroom remodel). We come back from vacation and next day notice water running through the kitchen light from the upstairs bathroom. We couldn’t tell if it was from the toilet or shower. Fearing the worst we called TR in the morning, not expecting much but hoping at least to hire them again if another manor remodel is in the works. Their plumber was at our door in about 30minutes, it actually caught me by surprise on how fast he came. After running a bunch of tests he determined that it was a failed toilet wax ring (which happens spontaneously) and the water was already all dried, luckily we noticed it right away and didn’t continue using it. He fixed it all up didn’t even charge us a dime. While we were happy we didn’t have more work to be done, we were super impressed with TR’s response to our call. They could’ve simply said it’s not their problem after all those years, yet they still sent their guys to make sure shower waterproofing did not fail, etc. I will continue to recommend them to our neighbors and friends and will only hire them for our future remodels. Anybody can do the work, but TR does a very good work with smiles on their faces and stand by their work for years!

Worked with TR Construction on a ADA bathroom remodel, highly recommend this company. My in-laws needed their master bathroom completely remodeled. Tony Rossetti the owner, Joshua the project manager and his whole team were a pleasure to work with, no complaints. We didn't hire a designer to help with purchasing the material and showing what the finished project will look like, Joshua helped out by going with us to look at tile on the weekends and helping us create a list of the material we needed to buy. If I had to do it over I'd hire a designer to interface with the construction company, it requires alot of time and patience. Overall my parents are happy with their new bathroom.

Best investment I made for this house! This is the 3rd time TR Construction has helped me with a major project and I must say, I am never disappointed. In fact, I'm ecstatic with the quality of the work and professionalism of the staff. I like to sit out front with my dog while working from home. But the angle of the sun allowed me only a few hours in the morning before I found myself cooking my skin. But with this truly awesome patio I'm now able to sit outside in sun, wind and rain and be very well protected. Additionally, the patio is so sturdy that I can safely walk on it to hang up my holiday decorations without fear of slipping down a steep slope. The best part is that if you didn't know better, you would think that the patio was built with the house. It looks and feels original. I'm posting a 'before' and several 'after' photos. It's hard to really get a sense of depth from shots taken from across the street. One of those photos was taken while it was raining. I got to stay dry! My "outdoor living room" gives me a whole new dimension to my home. Thank you Tony and TR Construction for a superbly built, wonderful new addition to my life. I am very, very happy!

Our house project is finally complete and we couldn’t be happier with the work done by TR CONSTRUCTION! We had decided to upgrade our house instead of selling. Our projects included adding 238 sq feet to the existing family room; scraping the popcorn ceilings throughout the house; demo stone fireplace and add new tile from floor to ceiling; build new patio area (slab and cover); remove all wood areas on exterior of house and replace with stucco; upgrade electrical panel; paint exterior of the house and most interior areas. In addition, we had them demo our old "wood" retaining wall and had them push our hill back about 3-4 feet and build a new concrete retaining wall. TR Construction also ensured we had proper drainage in the back yard so that any water would flow away from the house. These folks are awesome! All of the office staff are very responsive; sub-contractors (framers, demo, drywall, electricians and concrete crews, etc) are masters of their trade and everyone is very professional and polite. Our project took 5 1/2 months instead of 4 1/2 but that’s understandable because of the additional work that needed to done (which was agreed upon by all parties before hand).
