Anthony gave me a quote and stuck to it. Yes there were some charges for rotted damaged wood but that was brought up in the beginning. No surprises finished on schedule. He gave me a deduct because his bid was for removing two layers of existing roofing. Turns out it was only one layer and gave me a credit. Others quoted a much higher price. Happy with the job and vost.

We called American Quality Roofing to do an estimate because we had a leak on our roof. Anthony came to our house, he said he could fix it and was going to send an estimate by email, which he did. I noticed that there was a written warranty on the bottom of the estimate but it did not include how many years. I sent him an email, he said he was going to fix it and send me a new estimate with the included years of warranty. He never sent the new estimate, I texted him a few times, he always had an excuse but he said he didn't forget and would re-write and send it. We had scheduled him to come over to fix the roof but had to re-schedule because it was going to rain. We set a new date, which was November 07th. He didn't show up, did not call to cancel or give any reason why he couldn't come. I called and left a message and he never responded. It was very disrespectful and unprofessional. I would not recommend him, if he cannot be honest to give a reason why he couldn't show up for the work, I'm sure the repair would be done inadequately. The people who are giving him the good reviews, must be family members and friends. Responding to your response: Anthony I'm sorry that you have problems with your health, but you did send me a text that you agreed to come work on the roof on November 07th. If Fridays was in issue, you should have called to reschedule. You never mentioned that Friday's and weekends were difficult to work in. I am very sincere and expected professionalism since I had seen the good reviews that were posted about your business. I woke up early in the morning on that day expecting for you and your crew to show up, which didn't happen. I called you and left a voice message with no response. You say that you are very busy, but you took the time to write this huge response to a review that I just posted yesterday, which could have taken you two minutes to call us a day before and reschedule the roof repair. If you are very busy or you have health problems and you cannot text or call, please hire a secretary to help you. Someone with 17 years of experience in the contracting business should know this.

Anthony and his team did an excellent job repairing the dry rot on our fascia boards and beams. They were punctual and completed the high-quality work at a very fair price. They were fast, friendly and skilled. The outcome was amazing! I would use them again & I'd highly recommend American Quality Roofing for any of your roofing needs.

This is an overdue review for Anthony and crew who did a roof leak repair on my house in 2023. They solved the problem that stumped the original roofer who tried a few things in vain and even started suspecting the walls and windows for being the leak source (hint: their roofing business name is explosive). I highly recommend Anthony and American Quality Roofing for their know-how, efficiency and fair price.

I got a few quotes for a new roof and they were all within $300 of each other. I went with Anthony and American Quality Roofing because of his past reviews and the desire to support a local business owner. When it came to the actually work, I was not disappointed at all. The tear off crew was prompt, fast and did a great job of cleaning both the front and back yards of debris. We had a leak in the garage area and a number of areas around the eaves that had some dry rot. Jose and his help spent a lot of time getting this all repaired properly and they still had the whole project done in 4 and a half days including all new gutters. I was more then please with all parts of the process and Anthony was prompt with getting back to me with answers to my questions. I would have no problem recommending Anthony and American Quality Roofing. A really GREAT company!
