I got in contract with NC Roofing solution for black tile roof installation on my home, for which I paid over $50,000. NC Roofing Solutions has failed to meet the agreed-upon terms and standards in the following ways: 1. Contract Violation Regarding Payment: The contract stipulated that the initial payment was due upon material delivery. However, your team repeatedly requested payment prior to this milestone. 2. Unauthorized Charges: I was charged an extra $1,400 for a permit that was never stated or agreed upon in the original contract. 3. Defective Materials and Installation: The roof materials are defective and appear aged, resembling a 100-year-old roof from the day of installation. (see pictures) I have spent over a month trying to resolve these issues and seek mitigation from your company. However, since NC Roofing Solutions has been fully paid, I have continually been given the runaround. Given the company's lack of cooperation in addressing the defective materials and contractual breaches, I am left with no option but to pursue legal action to resolve this matter. If you value your home and your sanity avoid this company for your roofing
