Our 45 year old house and garage needed a new roof. We had cement s-tile but wanted boosted clay tile. We did a great deal of research and interviewed several roofing contractors. The only contractor who came back with a workable solution was Mike at Shadowcrest Roofing. We chose them because they were not only interested in our project, they said "we can do that" to everything we wanted. They did the entire job including demo, some structural repairs, skylight replacements and new gutters. The process was always friendly, comfortable, and on time. We absolutely love our new roof!

Mike and his team redid our roof in 2020, and we are very satisfied with the results. They completed the job quickly and were respectful of our home and personal space (note that this work was done in the first months of the pandemic). The work was high quality with multiple layers of tar paper installed and all damaged wood replaced. Mike said that his company builds roof to last, and, based on what I saw and experienced, I believe him. Mike's team also added a custom cricket near our chimney (which should have been part of the original home design) to make sure it did not develop a leak at that problem spot in the future, and they were also able to add the new gutters that we wanted.

I had a very good experience with Shadowcrest roofing. I felt the quote was fair. When the job started I was informed about replacing a few sheets of plywood which I was told ahead of time might happen. They meticulously cleaned up at the end of the day picking up nails around the yard. I recommend using Shadowcrest.
