Avshi is the kind of professional you hope to find but rarely do. From the very beginning he was upfront, reliable, and clearly committed to making sure we felt confident every step of the way. He kept us informed throughout the process, patiently answered all of our questions, and made sure nothing was overlooked. What really stood out was how he went beyond the original agreement to ensure we were completely satisfied, all while finishing the project ahead of schedule so we could stay on track with our solar installation. His pricing was refreshingly fair compared to other quotes, and the quality of the finished roof from Perfect Roofing Inc speaks for itself.

The owner personally came out the day I called and went up on my roof. He saw the problem whereas my clay tiles had not been installed properly by the builder, I.e., they did not use enough mastic to secure the tiles and over time and several rains the tiles shifted exposing by bare wood. He replaced them to their original spots temporarily until his crew could come back after the rains. We had rain the next day with zero water coming in. Once the rains stopped his crew did the maintenance in one day. Fantastic service with a personal touch and Perfect Roof was almost half the cost!!! He even discouraged me from having extra work done that the other company said needed to be done. To give me confidence he cut a small hole in the drywall so I could see there was no water damage in the wall saving me from replacing the entire wall of drywall. You don’t normally find that type of integrity today.

Avshi and his team were just amazing! They did a full reno on the original roof. He communicated progress every step of the way and made sure all inspections were passed in a timely manner.
