Coastal Roofing did our roofing project for Executive Golf Villas... 13 building underneath a canopy of Live Oak trees. One of our concerns was access was very difficult, This was no problem for Fred and his crew between the boom delivery truck and good old fashion man power everything went seamlessly. His crew showed up on time "every day " worked through the day with only one break for lunch. No loud music blaring the only sound you could here was the nailing of the shingles through out the day.His crew was courteous and helpful, they cleaned up their work area everyday and did a great job of keeping work areas accessible for owners and tenants. Fred " Coastal Roofing " did a great job for Executive Golf Villas , charged us what his estimate stated " although he did a couple extras on top of what he said " and finished before the estimated time frame. I was in need of a roof in a timely manner due to me trying list my home for sale. Fred and his crew were able to fit me in their busy schedule within a week, and they knocked out the entire project in 1 day. They did a great job and really paid attention to the little details of doing the job right. Fast, friendly, and professional service. I will definitely be using them again if I need another roof in the future.

Coastal Roofing and Restoration did work for us in October 2024. We spent a considerable amount of money fixing a leak in a place of business. The work is to be under warranty for one year. We are still experiencing leaking in the ceiling tiles. We have contacted them about once every other week for the last 7 months with no response, if they do respond it leads to nowhere. Extremely unprofessional, and unresponsive, DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!

I recently had my roof replaced by Coastal Roofing and I am extremely happy with the results. The entire team was professional and knowledgeable, and they explained everything clearly. From the initial estimate to the final cleanup, everything was handled with care and attention to detail. The work was completed efficiently and within the timeframe they had promised. WOW!! I highly recommend Coastal Home Roofing for all your roofing needs! Fred and his team re-decked/re-roofed my home and garage which included my fascia boards along with replacing all the beams of my garage (basically rebuilding entire garage) in less than 2 days staying within my original estimate!! Fred made sure to keep me updated with photos and text messages throughout the day making this an extremely exciting and pleasant experience!! The professionalism, dedication, and courtesy along with the politeness shown to me (and my roof) was remarkable. My yard looked better when all was completed! If I could give Fred and his team 10 stars I would!! My neighbors all agree as 6 have already stopped by to let me know great my new roof looks and to also let me know how impressed they were with Fred and his whole team of roofers!! 5 stars all the way around!! We contacted Fred about a year and a half ago for an estimate for a new roof on a house we were looking to purchase. At the time, he was quick and very reasonably priced on his estimate compared to the other two we received. We circled back to Fred a few weeks ago for some repairs on a different house and yet again, he was quick, reasonably priced, and the repairs look great! Thank you Fred and team for your hard work!
