This was a long hurry up and wait because of our insurance company. Thanks to Ryan for his patience, communication and persistence we started our project. Took us almost a year due to insurance delays. Ryan and his crew are absolutely incredible! The workmanship was amazing I am so excited and proud of our new roof! Ryan was responsive to any questions or concerns we had. His crews were ON TIME, here when they said they would be. Highly recommend!! Honestly 10/10 stars if i could give more than 5!

Working with Tempel Roofing to replace my damaged roof was a fantastic experience. Our project liaison, Richard, made sure we fully understood the process and potential roadblocks as we worked with our insurance. He was always keeping us updated on the project and supported us the entire way. We had never done a major project like this on our home, but with Tempel Roofing's help, we were fully confident in their ability to deliver, which they absolutely did. Anyone in need of roof repairs/replacement should absolutely go with Tempel Roofing.

Buyers beware!!!!!!. Purchased a new roof less than a year ago and during the last rain noticed it leaking. Have tried to reach a live person with no success for weeks, only to be put to voicemail for someone who no longer works for the company! All I want is a call back and them to fix the leak and the damage that it has caused to my new front door and frame.

In short ... Tempel Roofing did an EXCELLENT job managing my insurance claim and installing my new roof. I HIGHLY recommend them. I had an older roof with storm damage. I saw other homes in my area that had used Tempel Roofing with great looking results. So, I called Tempel Roofing, and I’m really glad that I did. I was very concerned about cost and knew very little about what to expect in the claims process. Ryan and his team helped me to understand the process and was up-front with me on the timelines involved. While it was a bit of a wait until everything was reviewed, negotiated and finalized, Tempel Roofing delivered to expectations. And during the wait, Ryan made sure that my house was protected from any further water damage by securing the weak spots. Ryan and his team helped to initiate my claim; were present at insurance inspections; were always available to answer my questions; and significantly reduced my out-of-pocket costs. I now have a nice looking and well-built roof that is up to code. In my experience, Tempel Roofing has proven to be a knowledgeable, quality driven, and honest company. Jay Adrion at Tempel Roofing has done excellent work with my insurance to get my roof replaced. When we started, he laid out the hurdles to expect and how they’d be cleared. When I had questions along the way, Jay was quick to update me with where we were and how things were proceeding. I’m confident the roof will be completed next week with the quality delivered to date. I’m glad I chose Tempel and got to work with Jay.

Great service, especially Jay Adrion the representative who first contacted me about my rood issues. They represented me in negotiations with the insurance company. It took some time but I finally was awarded full coverage of my roof. Many thanks to Jay and Brenda. Now the job is complete - I had a great experience with Tempel roofing. I have new shingles and they look great. The job took slightly longer then the original estimate but that was because they were negotiating with my insurance company to get every upgrade and dollar that was required to bring the roof up to code. I could never have gotten what they did, the insurance company would have taken advantage of my lack of experience. Thanks again to the Tempel team.
