I have used Cross Roofing for over 25 years and they do a great job. When we did a small addition to our old house the contractor used a different roofing company that does mostly new construction. Mr Cross happened to come by for another reason and explained why this new roof would leak in a blowing rain because they used cold press and you had to use hot press on a flat roof to really seal it. He could stick his hand between the felt and the rolled roofing. I showed my contractor, he took his roof fee off and Cross redid it so it wouldn’t leak. He also educated me on roof maintenance and the Importance of blowing it off once or twice a year.

Mr. Cross has taken care of our roofing needs for years. He solves problems and especially since we had the Solar Panels installed on our building we have had leaks. He did my roof after hailstorms and any time there has been a problem. Jose and Mr. Cross are johnny on the spot and have always been reasonable with cost. Thank you Ken Cross for helping me and for all of my roofing needs.

This is the second roof that the Cross Family Team has done for us. Always on time and do a great job from start to clean-up. Brenda in the office helped greatly with scheduling and dealing with the insurance company when we needed it from our hail damage! Highly recommend them!

Fair estimate with use of quality materials and timely work. I had many questions for Mr. K. Cross and he was very patient with me, answered all of my questions and addressed any concerns I had. The new roof installation looks fantastic and the clean up was great. There was a minor installation issue with chimney flashing that was immediately resolved. A storm took down a large tree and fell across the garage portion of our house damaging the roof. I called Cross Roofing and they were out to inspect the damage that same morning I called. The tree was removed by another company the same day. As soon as it was completed Ken Cross and crew were there to tarp the the damaged roof portion and came back to repair the damage within the next 2 days. Everything was handled professionally and done in an extremely timely manner. I would use them again and would recommend them to anyone for future needs.
