While visiting my elderly mother in the Los Angeles area (I live in another state), I noticed that she was badly in need of a new roof. Advanced Roofing Systems had been recommended to her by a neighbor, so she called. Carlos came out a few days later to give us a bid, we decided to hire him, and the following week, the job was done! Our insurance sent us a notice that they were going to cancel our homeowners insurance unless we replaced our roof. After interviewing several contractors, we met with Carlos. He immediately made me feel at ease when he talked about what he could do. We decided to go with him and are extremely pleased with our new roof. We hired Advanced roofing to replace the roof on our apartment building in Long Beach. We did thorough due diligence and went through the quotes we received from Advanced and a couple other roofers in detail. Carlos and his team were organized, punctual and professional.
