We had Don and his crew resurface our balcony. Don was up front, honest, on time and did an amazing job. He took it a step further and painted our balcony railing to match the new surface! We’ve worked with quite a lot of contractors over the past year while remodeling our home and he was definitely one of the best. Don and his team went above and beyond for us. Long story short, we hired a general contractor who didn't slope our deck properly. Don and his crew were hired by this same general contractor to lay down the deck material and finalize the process, but Don was not responsible for sloping it. The problem came when it started to rain. Our deck simply wasn't draining. And the water was standing, inches deep, in a few places. I literally had to take a push broom and push water into the drain for over half an hour to get it dry. Our general contractor tried to tell us that should be expected. They were trying to get out of fixing the situation. Thankfully, Don came to check on the deck and confirmed that it wasn't sloped right. He spoke to the general contractor for us and was adamant about making this right. Even though he wasn't the one who was originally responsible for sloping it, Don and his crew came out and fixed everything within a matter of a couple weeks! He really fought for us and made sure the general contractor held up his end. I don't know what we would've done without him. The deck looks beautiful now, and we are so excited to lay down furniture now that everything is fixed. Basically, if you want an honest man who stands by his work and will go the extra mile to make sure it gets done right, go with Don! Thank you, guys, for all the hard work and advocating for us. Remember how your grandfather did business? He would shake someone's hand, tell them what he was going to do, then do it. And then do a couple extra things that were not asked of him!! That is exactly how Don and his crew did my job. I could not believe what a fantastic experience it was. So unusual these days. I can not suggest them highly enough if you need work done. Period. The company sealed a balcony for me. A few months later there was a leak under the balcony into my garage. They came out immediately and discovered the leak was coming from an electrical outlet installed by a different company, but they went ahead and fixed it for me anyway without charge. Excellent service and attitude.

Don and his team were so down to earth in working with them. Very easy to talk to and willing to ensure the customer is satisfied. My existing deck was 30 years old with it coming up in areas and wood rot underneath. They did a great job in replacing the wood planks, fully coating the top deck properly and and a keen eye for the finishing touches. The material they used for the top coating feels so durable and doesnt feel tough on your bare feet when you walk on it. Im fully satisfied with their work and they do not overcharge (compared to other contractors i was interviewing). Will use them for years to come.
