Barton Roofing

Barton Roofing does not back their work. Terrible! Beware 12 years ago we built a house and I used Barton for the roofing. We’ve had them out 4 times since to fix a leak in the exact same spot. It’s a roof vent on a pitch with no weird angle or valleys so for a good roofer it should be a straight forward fix. Each time they tell us, "we found where it was leaking and it’s fixed" each time blaming it on their own installers which never gave me confidence in the company as a whole, but only to have it leak again when we get a really hard rain. This last time I called them out for again the same spot, but they told us our 10 year warranty is up so wanted to charge us $400 for a service call. The original workmanship was shoddy at best and for whatever reason they don’t have the talent to supply a permanent fix. I have no intention of paying them for more shoddy work and yet another temp fix. I’ll be reaching out to another company and will post back here with what they find. Terrible workmanship and horrible customer service. Follow up, I hired another company to come out, they found a valley nearby that did not have proper flashing they had to tear off a section and fix it. We've had several big rains since and it's not dry as a bone. Barton clearly cut corners on the original install then didn't back their work.

They came and did the roof on my neighbors house about 2months ago all they did was resheet and reshingle it even tho it needs so much more they left nails laying on the ground on both my neighbor's property and out in the pen where my dogs go to the bathroom my pitbull got a nail in her foot because of their negligence I would not recommend them to anybody very poor quality work the roof didn't even pass inspection

This business is locally owned and operated by fantastic people that will always do their best to help you out. I've seen dozens of their completed projects and they do great work. If there is ever any errors they return promptly and efficiently solve the problems. I'd highly recommend them to anyone looking for a job well done. Don't believe me? Call a few local contractors and see who they choose. I believe Casey Yarborough was a previous employee of the company and is spiteful because he was fired. Apparently a sore loser!

So happy I had the pleasure to have Charles work on our roof. So nice to meet a true Craftsman, that takes pride on his amazing work!! Would defiantly recommend Barton, but mostly Charles!!

I had a insurance claim on my roof and ask Barton to come give me a quote. They refused to give me a quote and insisted they would just deal with my insurance company as if I could not handle doing that myself. Salesperson told me that the only reason I would need several quotes is if I was trying to save money and since it was a insurance job there was no need for that. I don't know what this company is thinking but any good homeowner is not just going to let you have there project without seeing what there options are.

They were recommended to us by a friend/renovation contractor. We had our roof replaced. Knowledgeable estimator. Competitive price. Great work (complete tearoff). Done in short order. Very safety conscious (roped off at all times). Highly recommend them.
