Quarve Contracting

I had a steel roof installed by Quarve years ago. Though the company now has new ownership, they continue to provide excellent service! Due to window, gutter and stucco work by other contractors, the flashing had been dislodged and damaged. Quarve was very responsive, thoroughly assessed the issue and expertly sealed the flashing. I appreciate that Rob didn't say 'it wasn't us' though the roof installation preceded him and the issue was a result of others' work. I've recommended Quarve to family and friends and will continue to do so with confidence.

Great work and incredible people - can't recommend enough! I recently bought a house in MN that Quarve had re-shingled about a year prior. They did a great job and even added some extra material on the inside of the attic roof to make the outside even more secure. That's not even the best part... ...during our inspection of the house, we found a small part of the roof that was pitched towards the house and not getting rid of water effectively. This wasn't something Quarve had anything to do with, it was just built that way. Anyhow, when our realtor reached out to Qaurve to get some input or quote on a fix, they dropped everything and re-pitched the roof with proper flashing for nothing in return. That's right - they fixed a part of the roof they didn't even have anything to do with in the first place, a year after doing some work on the house, for totally free. They just wanted to do a solid for a new home buyer! Please use Quarve if you have the chance. The work is solid and, maybe even more importantly, they're just wonderful people.

We had a good experience with the Quarve roofing crew. Work was well done and in timely manner. Clean up was done immediately and the clean up was well thorough.

Full disclosure: I have not contracted Quarve, but I'm planning to in the future. This review is specific to their quote process. A month ago, I was gathering quotes to install a standing seam metal roof on our home. During my search, Quarve popped up more than a few times in Twin Cities-specific forums for their expertise with metal roof installation. I've been an independent property manager/owner for nearly a decade, and I've been quoted dozens of times by dozens of contractors, and Rob, the owner, was far and above the most professional, friendly, and extremely thorough contractor I've ever dealt with. If you're a homeowner who's compiling quotes for roofing, I'd highly recommend Quarve and see for yourself the care Rob takes with his quotes.

I had an excellent experience with my recent roof replacement on my House and Garage with Quarve Contracting. The staff really helped me through the process of choosing the type of shingles and which roof venting system to use. Having done many jobs in the Twin Cities they supplied me with a list of addresses with different roofing options and colors so I could visit them and see the products installed. The schedule was all done in 3 days; Day 1 the dumpster arrived; Day 2 Complete tearing off the existing asphalt roofs and replacement with new asphalt roofs on house and garage; and Day3 the dumpster was hauled away. I have trusted Quarve with all my exterior home improvements (Steel siding, soffits, facia, gutters, windows, attic ventilation, and patio door) over these many years. They are a company I have come to know and trust. Their cleanup practices of the job site go above and beyond, and they extensively sweep the area daily with magnets to pick any nails or other small metal pieces. When they’re done, I know that my yard is clean.

Working with Robert the owner every step of the way is a big advantage for anyone looking for roofing, siding and doors. I believe this is what separates them from the competition. They are honest and straightforward throughout and the quality of work is second to none. They also gave great advice about other areas of the home that were very valuable to us. I had a small nuisance type job that entailed adjusting some operating windows and fixing some siding panels that had slipped since installation. The siding manufacturer contacted Quarve and Rob Collins, the owner, promptly called and set a time to come out. He fixed one of the siding panels on the spot and said he would bid the work on a time and materials basis. His lead technician contacted me later and said they had time to get me on schedule and he also came out to see what needed to be done. They came out the following week and completed the job in a couple hours. They worked fast and communicated well and the job was completed for $300 less than the estimate. Great experience and a fantastic contractor. Highly recommend!
