Great experience, the process from start to finish was quite seamless. River Brown came to the house and explained their process, no pressure, low key, just giving you the facts. Maya Cvijic did a great job with the communication piece, updating us on every step of the process. The installers came and installed everything within a day. I live in a new community where the homes are "solar ready". They found the junction box in the attic that allows cable to be run to the breaker box without having to run conduit on the side of the house. I bring this point up because I see some of my neighbors installs and the company that they went with ran conduit outside, which I think is unsightly. The panel install is nice and clean. The attention to detail was top notch. It has been a month and a half since the panels were installed and the first full month with solar, I had a surplus of 135 kWh. The system is preforming above expectations. They even gave me a Veteran discount! I highly recommend.
