ATTENTION!!!! Beware find another company. I am a new home owner and had storm damage to my roof. Hire Ferguson Roof for complete replacement. Workers were lead off by police due to them not getting permits needed. Left all equipment in my yard for hours, took literally 6 days to complete my roof. My home was down to the layout stuff for 6 days. The owner, no one called had empathy for the embarrassment I face. Once was done sent an incorrect invoice, wouldn’t have talked to any one had I not called. Do not hold up to the policy statement. Again 6 days bare roof and NO EMPATHY. Please find someone else because how they treated me was awful. Also you can do what they did go by Home Depot and find some guys ‍♀️

The work hasn’t been performed yet, due to lack of communication on the behalf of company. The material was dropped off on my front lawn last week without any notice for delivery. Once, I called about that, they apologized and set up appointment for that Saturday, a man was on my lawn looking at the material and also no uniform, he didn’t knock on my door, no identification and was in a raggedy truck with no signage on it and last he didn’t speak English. It rained overnight and the material is just in my front yard. I still don’t have an exact date and time for installation. I’m very disappointed in the treatment that I am receiving. I’m more than sure that they are not vetting their sub contractors.

We were very impressed with the project manager Chris. He was readily available when we had questions. Our old roofer took months (literally)to get back to us when we kept calling. Due to the tornado damage with others. Loved Chris’s professionalism. He was honest. He checked our roof and instead of trying to sell us a new roof, gave us his honest opinion that we did not need one. We needed facia and soffits (ours were in a horrible condition). Ferguson roofing gave us a fair price and performed the work as expected and very quickly.

I'm amazed they have managed to stay in business. Here's your word of warning to find another roofing company before you get stuck, too. Our story: We got money from the insurance company in April 2024. Shopped around and settled on Ferguson roofing in June. I dropped a very sizeable check at their office towards the end of June so we could get scheduled. They had delay after delay of supplies (this is the only part not their fault), but we had ZERO communication from them - I only got any kind of update if I called. Finally got the roofing materials in the middle of August. Roof installed August 26. We were told the gutters would be scheduled separately. Never heard from them, and waited and waited. Finally I called them in the beginning of October. They finally scheduled the gutters to be installed, but the day came and went and they never showed up. I called them every single day for a week and got the same story - 'we're so sorry, we'll call you back this morning' - and they never did. They finally installed the gutters and did a terrible job. I took pictures and emailed them and they scheduled someone to come out today between 1 and 3 to see and figure out the next steps. I rescheduled my day so I could be here, and (get ready for a big shock) they never showed up! After all this, I discovered the one and only thing this company does well: send bills. They started sending bills before the work was even completed. The work STILL isn't completed! We try to be fair and I will update this if they make it right, but this is easily the worst experience I've had with what I thought was a reputable business. Do yourself a favor and find another company.

Im very pleased with Dave Kane. He is a very nice guy with integrity. He was very upfront with me about what I was inquiring. He gave me option's that was actually reasonable for my budget. Dave walked my roof and let me see what style of shingles was available. I have dealt with Ferguson Roofing before and they did an amazing job. A large tree limb had fell on my roof in 2014 and Ferguson Roofing repaired that area for me. Now its time for a new roof and I chose Ferguson Roofing because I can depend on them to do a amazing job on my roof. Please consider Ferguson Roofing there work speaks for them. Im looking forward for my new roof in the upcoming weeks. Thank you for your services.

Had an appt today between 10am-12 for an estimate on gutters, and Chris Jezik was here promptly at 10am which is GREAT!! He was very personable, full of smiles and listened to what we wanted and our situation. He answered any questions we had and explained a lot about the good quality materials/work. Provided us with a reasonable estimate and left us feeling confident in our decision by choosing Ferguson Roofing to install ours new gutters!!

I hired this company based on a recommendation from Hoffman Brothers. Ferguson Roofing has scheduled 3 appointments with me, 2 to do the eastimate and 1 to start working. Two of the appointments have ended up being no call/no show. The roof was supposed to be done today and all I know is that no one was here since the delivered materials haven't been touched. No word from the company about when & if they'll be getting to work.
