As a 30 something millennial who had never made an insurance claim on a house, I thoroughly appreciated the wonderful service provided by Weathers Exteriors. Cal was the person that I primarily dealt with and he was there every step of the way. He helped with initial questions and meeting the insurance adjuster, who was quite abrasive and aggressive, but who left in a good mood after chitchatting with Cal. I really think that the rapport he was able to build with the adjuster greatly helped my insurance claim! Cal also provided excellent service all the way through install and final inspection! Everyone else with the company was very professional and kind. When I was nervous about my new flower seedlings getting crushed, they covered everything and took extra care! Additionally, the company did three separate passes of magnets throughout my yard and driveway to ensure that nails were picked up. I greatly appreciate this due to bare feet and dogs! I cannot recommend this company and Cal enough as it was some of the best customer service I’ve experienced! I also love my new roof!

Weathers Exteriors is easy to work with. They are very patient working with the insurance company and do not expect any payment to them until the insurance company has fully paid for their share. Bryce Weathers is very easy to deal with all around and his employees are helpful and professional. We find them attentive to our needs and questions we may have. We have used them several times now and wouldn't hesitate to give them a call about any housing issues in the future.

I was referred to Weathers Exteriors by my son who used their services after a damaging storm. When my home was damaged due to a storm, they came out and inspected the damage, returned when the insurance adjuster was here and worked directly with my insurance company to ensure the claim was satisfactorily paid to make all necessary repairs. I barely had to lift a finger to have my roof replaced, my privacy fence replaced/repaired and stained. The quality of the repairs was excellent and quick. My roof was replaced before many in the area were still waiting on their insurance adjuster. I highly Recommend Weathers Exteriors should you need these types of services!

I don’t write a lot of reviews, but I had to here. Definitely worth a phone call if you are looking for roof work. I have never gone through a roof replacement and I was nervous about the process. Adam the project manager made my insurance claim a breeze. I was also worried that my insurance company wouldn’t cover a full replacement. He showed up before my adjuster to mark all of the damage on the roof and gutters. This made it easy for my adjuster to give me a full replacement for my house and detached garage. Adam walked me through the paperwork and cost breakdown for what work was to be performed. In less than a week, he was back with his crew to get the job done in one day. He showed up himself to prep the site, checked on critical steps throughout the day, and made sure everything was clean at the end. (He personally ran a magnet across my yard and street to pick up any loose nails that were left around). He hopped up on my roof for a final inspection and provided detailed photos of my flashing and drip edge. I was fearful that this process would take at least a month and I would be gouged somewhere along the way. Instead, I got exactly what I was promised in half the time.

My neighbors had recommended Weathers Exteriors and I initially spoke to Bryce. He was very helpful and put me in touch with Callahan Heimos. Cal was very thorough in explaining the damage and stages of the project. This was a learning process for me and Cal guided me so I would feel knowledgeable about the new roof for my home and garage. Again, it was awesome to see and watch the new roof being expertly placed and carefully completed by an excellent crew that showed professionalism athroughout the entire day. I am so happy with my beautiful new roof and many thanks to Callahan Heimos who excels in customer service. Excellent job!

I would definitely recommend Weathers Exteriors. We were impressed with Adam from the first time we met him. He handled the inspection with the claims adjuster and made the whole process easy and painless. The crew did a great job on the roof and got it done quickly. Overall, very pleased!
