The excellent customer service and guidance that Tyler provided through the process of dealing with roof replacement made our experience less stressful. We were pleased with the communication between New Life and our insurance adjusters, it kept things moving until the job could be completed correctly. We are very happy with the final results, and look forward to establishing a maintenance relationship with New Life to maintain our 110+ year old home.

They did a great job replacing my roof. Tyler was very easy to work with. Don't let their location deter you. I am in Eau Claire and they made sure someone was out here when the insurance adjuster came and made scheduling easy.

During the process of buying our home, we were made aware that the home would need new siding within the first two years of ownership. Knowing this is a costly endeavor, we took time to receive a few quotes, including one from New Life. We were a unique situation, as our project was not the traditional insurance claim -- it was a personal, out of pocket project. New siding is expensive and we wanted to make sure we were getting a quality product and exactly what we had envisioned for the style of our home. Carl from the New Life team was outstanding to work with! He handled our numerous questions with patience and kindness, providing thoughtful answers and helping us to make the best decisions for our specific home. He made sure the specific details of our project were communicated effectively to the team doing the work and he was excellent at addressing anything unexpected that came up during the installation. The crew they used was friendly and efficient. My only minor complaint, since we have children, was the number of nails we found after their departure. Other than that, they were an excellent crew. Carl did a final walk through with us once the project was completed and was prompt in addressing the few minor fixes that came up. We are very happy with the final product and would definitely recommend the New Life team, especially Carl, to anyone looking for the right contractors to tackle their project. Their prices are fair and their quality of work is excellent.

I had an amazing experience getting my roof replaced thanks to Joseph Facente. He handled the insurance process flawlessly, kept me updated the whole time, and made everything incredibly easy. The roof looks fantastic, the install was quick, and he went above and beyond from start to finish. Highly recommend—this is exactly how it should be when you hire a pro.

Brian and team at New Life Contracting are FANTASTIC to work with. We had roof damage at our home in Eau Claire, WI and Brian made numerous trips to meet with us personally and inspect the work during and after installation. He also guided us thru the insurance process and handled much of it directly with them. Brian and team were professional, polite, responsive and grateful. They had impeccable attention to detail and left our surrounding areas clean. We had one issue and Brian addressed it immediately. I would recommend them to anyone. They are truly exceptional!

New Life Contracting replaced our roof and helped us get our insurance company to process the reimbursement checks for the whole project (including new front windows). Everything was well done. Tyler and Riley of New Life Contracting Inc. are the most ethical, conscientious, trustworthy roofers in the State. Facia, gutters and our garage door was also replaced. Their crew manager is top notch. Their workers are dependable. The city inspector said "they went above and beyond" what he'd seen examining roofs. Super satisfied in all respects. Their company deserves their A plus BBB rating. This is a shout out, too for consistent great work, over the years.
