Cockney Roofing has replaced our roof three years ago and they were exceptionally professional, friendly and completed their work in a very efficient and timely manner, in exactly the time they proposed . We were impressed with their craftsmanship and they also provided assistance in selecting the most suitable roof for our house. It has been over 3 years and our beautiful Cockney roof has weathered many Florida storms already with no leaks and is standing strong. I would not hesitate to recommend them 🙂

I have paid full price for a roof done on my house by Cockney Roofing Inc (business in Largo) and I have a warranty. Over 40 areas of the roof have problems where the nails look like they are lifting off the shingles (bubbling). I'm not sure but it looks like maybe they used the wrong material. I approached the owner Chaz via phone earlier this year but he never called back. i sent him a certified letter months later but the business also never responded. I finally went to BBB and he said I have no claim without even looking at the roof. Do not do business with cockney roofing. Go elsewhere. I do not recommend this business to anyone and anybody is better than Cockney Roofing because they do not honor warranties.

They performed their work on time and well done. Alex and Chas were easily accessible via phone or text. We needed the roof done in a pinch and they were the only roofing company that was able to fit us into their schedule...We must have called 25 companies! Thank you.

I would highly recommend Cockney Roofing. Although they aren’t on top of their game when it comes to returning calls, they do an excellent job. We’ve used them for two of our houses and not only did they do an excellent job, they followed up to correct issues that they didn’t create.
